EN 10029:2010

Hot-rolled steel plates 3 mm thick or above - Tolerances on dimensions and shape

This European Standard specifies tolerances on dimensions and shape for hot-rolled non-alloy and alloy steel plates with the following characteristics:
a)   Nominal thickness: 3 mm < or = t < or = 400 mm;
b)   Nominal width: w > or = 600 mm.
Tolerances for products of width w < 600 mm cut or slit from plate should be agreed between manufacturer and purchaser at the time of enquiry and order.
This European Standard applies, but is not limited, to steel grades defined in EN 10025-2 to
EN 10025-6:2004+A1:2009, EN 10028-2 to EN 10028-6, EN 10083-2 and EN 10083-3, EN 10084, EN 10085, EN 10149-2 and EN 10149-3, EN 10207 and EN 10225 (see also Annex A). It does not apply to stainless steels.
This European Standard does not include round plates, custom-made plates, chequer or bulb plate for flooring and wide flats.

Warmgewalztes Stahlblech von 3 mm Dicke an - Grenzabmaße und Formtoleranzen

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen an die Grenzabmaße und Formtoleranzen von warmgewalztem Blech aus unlegierten und legierten Stählen mit folgenden Merkmalen fest:
a)   Nenndicke: 3 mm  t  400 mm;
b)   Nennbreite: w  600 mm.
Die Grenzabmaße und Formtoleranzen für aus Blech geschnittene oder längsgeteilte Erzeugnisse mit Breiten w  600 mm können bei der Bestellung vereinbart werden.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt, aber nicht nur, für Blech erzeugt aus Stahlsorten nach EN 10025-2 bis EN 10025-6:2004+A1:2009, EN 10028-2 bis EN 10028-6, EN 10083-2 und EN 10083-3, EN 10084, EN 10085, EN 10149-2 und EN 10149-3, EN 10207 und EN 10225 (siehe Anhang A). Diese Norm gilt nicht für nichtrostende Stähle.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Ronden, Skizzenbleche, Bleche mit eingewalzten Mustern und Breitflachstahl.

Tôles en acier laminées à chaud, d'épaisseur égale ou supérieure à 3 mm - Tolérances sur les dimensions et la forme

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les tolérances sur les dimensions et la forme des tôles laminées à chaud en aciers non alliés ou alliés présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :
-   épaisseur nominale 3 mm ≤ t ≤ 400 mm ;
-   largeur nominale w ≥ 600 mm ;
Il convient que les tolérances des produits de largeur w < 600 mm provenant de tôles coupées ou refendues fassent l’objet d’un accord entre le producteur et l’acheteur au moment de l’appel d’offres et de la commande.
La présente Norme européenne s’applique, mais ne se limite pas – aux tôles en nuances d’acier définies dans les parties 2 à 6 de l’EN 10025, dans les parties 2 à 6 de l’EN 10028, dans les EN 10083-2, EN 10083-3, EN 10084, EN 10085, EN 10149-2, EN 10149-3, EN 10207 et EN 10225 (voir aussi l’Annexe A). Elle ne s’applique pas aux aciers inoxydables.
La présente Norme européenne ne s’applique pas aux disques, aux tôles sur mesure, aux tôles striées ou larmées pour revêtement de sol, ni aux larges plats.

Vroče valjana jeklena pločevina, debela 3 mm ali več - Tolerance mer in oblike

Ta evropski standard določa tolerance mer in oblik za vroče valjano nelegirano in legirano jekleno pločevino z naslednjimi lastnostmi: a) Nazivna debelina: 3 mm ≤ d ≤ 400 mm, b) Nazivna širina: š ≥ 600 mm. O tolerancah za izdelke s širino š < 600 mm, ki se odrežejo ali odtrgajo s pločevine, se morata dogovoriti proizvajalec in kupec med poizvedbo in naročilom. Ta evropski standard velja, vendar ni omejen na vrste jekla, opredeljene v EN 10025-2 to EN 10025-6:2004+A1:2009, EN 10028-2 do EN 10028-6, EN 10083-2 in EN 10083-3, EN 10084, EN 10085, EN 10149-2 in EN 10149-3, EN 10207 in EN 10225 (glej tudi dodatek A). Ne velja za nerjavna jekla. Ta evropski standard ne vključuje okroglih plošč, po meri narejenih plošč, plošč z vzorci ali izboklinami za talne obloge in široke ploskve.
