This document gives requirements for the types of industrial trucks specified in the scope of EN ISO 3691-1.
This document is intended to be used in conjunction with EN ISO 3691-1. These requirements are supplementary to those stated in EN ISO 3691-1 with the addition of hazards, which can occur when operating in potentially explosive atmospheres.
This document covers the following requirements:
- electrical requirements;
- noise emissions;
- vibration;
- visibility;
- electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
This Edocument defines supplementary requirements to EN ISO 3691-1:
- travel speed;
- brakes;
- travel and breaking controls - Additional operation from alongside pedestrian-controlled and stand-on trucks;
- lift chains;
- mast tilt and carriage isolation;
- operator's seat;
- operator restraint device;
- protection against crushing, shearing and trapping;
- information for use (instruction handbook and marking).
Annex A (informative) contains the list of significant hazards covered by this document.
Flurförderzeuge - Sicherheitstechnische Anforderungen und Verifizierung - Teil 1: Zusätzliche Anforderungen für motorkraftbetriebene Flurförderzeuge mit Ausnahme von fahrerlosen Flurförderzeugen, Staplern mit veränderlicher Reichweite und Lasten- und Personentransportfahrzeugen
Diese Europäische Norm enthält Anforderungen an die im Anwendungsbereich von EN ISO 3691 1:2015 aufgeführten Flurförderzeugtypen.
Dieses Dokument ist zur Verwendung mit EN ISO 3691 1:2015 bestimmt. Diese Anforderungen gelten zusätzlich zu den in der EN ISO 3691 1:2015 genannten.
Dieses Dokument behandelt die folgenden signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen oder Gefährdungsereignisse, wenn die Flurförderzeuge bestimmungsgemäß und unter Bedingungen, die vom Hersteller als Fehlanwendung vernünftigerweise vorhersehbar sind, verwendet werden:
- Elektrische Anforderungen;
- Geräuschemissionen;
- Schwingungen;
- Sichtverhältnisse;
- elektromagnetische Strahlung.
Dieses Dokument legt ergänzende Anforderungen zu EN ISO 3691 1:2015 fest:
- Fahrgeschwindigkeit;
- Bremsen;
- Fahr- und Bremsstellteile – zusätzliches seitliches Bedienen von mitgängergeführten Flurförderzeugen und Flurförderzeugen mit Standplattform;
- Hubketten;
- Verriegelung der Hubgerüstneigung- und Gabelträgerbewegung;
- Fahrersitz;
- Fahrerrückhaltesystem;
- Schutz gegen Quetschen, Scheren und Fangen;
- Benutzerinformation (Betriebsanleitung und Kennzeichnung).
Anhang A (informativ) enthält die Liste der signifikanten Gefährdungen, die von diesem Dokument abgedeckt werden.

Le présent document est destiné à être utilisé en conjonction avec l’EN ISO 3691-1:2015. Ces prescriptions sont complémentaires à celles énoncées dans l’EN ISO 3691-1:2015.
Le présent document traite des phénomènes dangereux, situations dangereuses ou événements dangereux significatifs pertinents suivants, lorsqu'il est utilisé comme prévu et dans des conditions de mauvaise utilisation qui sont raisonnablement prévisibles par le fabricant :
- exigences électriques ;
- émissions de bruit ;
- vibrations ;
- visibilité ;
- rayonnement électromagnétique.
Le présent document définit des exigences supplémentaires de l’EN ISO 3691-1:2015 :
- vitesse de déplacement ;
- freins ;
- commandes de déplacement et de freinage – fonction supplémentaire des chariots à conducteur accompagnant et à conducteur debout marchant à côté du chariot ;
- chaînes de levage ;
- inclinaison du mât et isolation du tablier ;
- siège de l’opérateur ;
- dispositif de retenue de l'opérateur ;
- protection contre l’écrasement, le cisaillement et l’emprisonnement ;
- informations pour l’utilisation (notice d’instruction et marquage).
