Safety rules for the construction and installations of lifts - Particular applications for passenger and goods passenger lifts - Part 77: Lifts subject to seismic conditions

This document specifies the special provisions and safety rules for passenger and goods passenger lifts where these lifts are permanently installed in buildings that are in compliance with EN 1998-1 (Eurocode 8).
This document defines additional requirements to EN 81-20 and EN 81-50.
It applies to new passenger lifts and goods passenger lifts. However, it can be used as a basis to improve the safety of existing passenger and goods passenger lifts.
This document does not introduce any additional special provisions and safety rules for lifts which are in Seismic lift category 0 as defined in Annex A, Table A.1.
This document does not address other risks due to seismic events (e.g. fire, flood, explosion).

Dieses Dokument legt die besonderen Vorkehrungen und Sicherheitsregeln für Personen- und Lastenaufzüge fest, wenn diese Aufzüge dauerhaft in Gebäuden eingebaut sind, die EN 1998-1 (Eurocode 8) entsprechen.
Dieses Dokument legt zusätzliche Anforderungen zu EN 81-20 und EN 81-50 fest.
Sie gilt für neue Personenaufzüge und Lastenaufzüge. Sie kann jedoch auch als Grundlage zur Verbesserung der Sicherheit bestehender Personen- und Lastenaufzüge herangezogen werden.
Dieses Dokument führt keine zusätzlichen besonderen Festlegungen und Sicherheitsregeln für Aufzüge der Erdbebenkategorie 0 nach Anhang A, Tabelle A.1, ein.
Dieses Dokument behandelt andere mit Erdbebenereignissen einhergehende Risiken (zum Beispiel Brand, Überflutung, Explosion) nicht.

Le présent document spécifie les dispositions spéciales et les règles de sécurité relatives aux ascenseurs et ascenseurs de charge installés de manière permanente dans des bâtiments qui sont conformes à l’EN 1998‐1 (Eurocode 8).
Le présent document définit des prescriptions supplémentaires par rapport à l’EN 81‐20 et l’EN 81‐50.
Il s’applique aux nouveaux ascenseurs et ascenseurs de charge. Cependant, il peut être utilisé comme base pour améliorer la sécurité des ascenseurs et ascenseurs de charge existants.
Le présent document n’introduit pas de dispositions spéciales ni de règles de sécurité supplémentaires pour les ascenseurs sismiques de catégorie 0 tels que définis dans le Tableau A.1 de l’Annexe A.
Le présent document ne traite pas des autres risques associés aux événements sismiques (par exemple incendie, inondation, explosion).

Ta evropski standard določa posebna določila in varnostna pravila za osebna in tovorno-osebna dvigala, pri čemer so ta dvigala trajno vgrajena v stavbah, ki so v skladu s standardom EN 1998-1 (Evrokod 8).
Ta standard določa dodatne zahteve za standarda EN 81-1 in EN 81-2.
Uporablja se za nova osebna in tovorno-osebna dvigala. Lahko se uporablja tudi kot osnova za izboljšanje varnosti obstoječih osebnih in osebno-tovornih dvigal.
Ne uporablja se za dvigala za potresne razmere kategorije 0, kot je opredeljeno v preglednici A.1.
Ta evropski standard ne obravnava drugih tveganj zaradi potresnih dogodkov (na primer požar, poplave, eksplozije).
