Hose fittings with clamp units - Part 8: Symmetrical half coupling (Guillemin system)
This European Standard specifies dimensions, types of connections, quality of materials, marking requirements and testing requirements for hose fittings with symmetrical half couplings (Guillemin system), with mobile locking ring, for hose assemblies with a maximum working pressure of up to 10 bar ) with hose tails according to EN 14420 2 and clamp units according to EN 14420 3. Couplings in accordance with this document serve as link between hoses and connections to transport liquids, solids (e.g. powders, granules) except steam and liquid gas. The working temperature range is -20 °C up to +65 °C.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Maße, Anschlussarten, Werkstoffsorten, Anforderungen an die Kennzeichnung und Anforderungen an die Prüfung für Schlaucharmaturen mit symmetrischen Kupplungen (System Guillemin), mit beweglichem Klemmring für Schlauchleitungen mit einem höchst zulässigen Arbeitsdruck bis 10 bar ) mit Schlauchstutzen nach EN 14420-2 und Klemmfassungen nach EN 14420-3, fest. Kupplungen nach dieser Europäischen Norm dienen der Verbindung von Schläuchen mit Anschlüssen zum Fördern von Flüssigkeiten und Feststoffen (z. B. Pulver, Granalien), ausgenommen Dampf und Flüssiggas. Die Arbeits¬temperatur beträgt –20 °C bis 65 °C.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les dimensions, aux types de connexions, aux matériaux utilisés, au marquage et exigences relatives aux essais des raccords pour flexibles équipés de demi raccords symétriques (système Guillemin) à verrou mobile pour des assemblages flexibles destinés à être utilisés à une pression de service maximale de 10 bar ) munis de douilles conformes à l’EN 14420 2 et de demi-coquilles conformes à l’EN 14420 3. Les raccords conformes au présent document sont utilisés pour relier les tuyaux et les connexions destinés au transport de liquides, de matières solides (par exemple des matières pulvérulentes ou granulaires) à l'exception des gaz liquéfiés et de la vapeur. La plage de température de service est de 20 °C à + 65 °C.
