LPG equipment and accessories - Transportable refillable welded steel cylinders for LPG - Alternative design and construction

This European Standard specifies the minimum requirements for the design, construction and testing during manufacture of transportable refillable welded steel Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders, of water capacity from 0,5 l up to and including 150 l, exposed to temperatures of -20 °C to +65 °C. It allows alternative design and construction methods to those required in EN 1442, including coated cylinders, over-moulded cylinders and cylinders for hot air balloons.
This European Standard applies only to pressure receptacles with a circular cross-section.
This European Standard does not include the equipping of the cylinders with valves and other service equipment.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Mindestanforderungen an Gestaltung, Konstruktion und Fertigungs-prüfungen von ortsbeweglichen, wiederbefüllbaren, geschweißten Flaschen aus Stahl für Flüssiggas (LPG) mit einem Fassungsraum von 0,5 l bis einschließlich 150 l fest, die Temperaturen von 20 °C bis 65 °C ausgesetzt sind. Sie erlaubt alternative Gestaltungs- und Konstruktionsverfahren im Vergleich zu den Anfor-derungen nach EN 1442, einschließlich beschichteten Flaschen, umformten Flaschen und Heißluftballon-Flaschen.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt ausschließlich für Druckbehälter mit einem runden Querschnitt.
Diese Norm behandelt nicht die Ausrüstung von Flaschen mit Ventilen und anderem betriebsbezogenen Zubehör.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences minimales concernant la conception, la construction et les essais lors de la fabrication des bouteilles en acier soudées, transportables et rechargeables pour le gaz de pétrole liquéfié (GPL) d'une capacité en eau comprise entre 0,5 l et 150 l inclus, soumises à une température ambiante allant de - 20 °C à + 65 °C. Elle autorise, en matière de conception et de fabrication, l'utilisation de solutions différentes de celles requises dans l'EN 1442, y compris les bouteilles revêtues, les bouteilles surmoulées et les bouteilles pour ballons à air chaud.
   La présente Norme européenne s'applique uniquement aux bouteilles de section transversale circulaire.
   La présente norme ne couvre pas l'équipement des bouteilles munies de robinets et autres équipements de service.

Ta evropski standard določa minimalne zahteve za konstruiranje, izdelavo in preskušanje med proizvodnjo premičnih, ponovno polnljivih varjenih jeklenk iz jekla za utekočinjeni naftni plin (LPG) s prostornino vode od 0,5 l do vključno 150 l, ki so izpostavljene temperaturi okolja. Standard dovoljuje alternativne metode konstruiranja in izdelave glede na metode, zahtevane v standardu EN 1442. Ta evropski standard velja samo za jeklenke s krožnim prečnim prerezom. Vsi tlaki so izmerjeni, razen če je določeno drugače. Celovit pregled standarda EN 14140:2003+A1:2006 s strani delovne skupine in revizija v skladu z zahtevami ADR/RID ter dodatek okoljske priloge.
