Refrigerating systems and heat pumps - Competence of personnel (ISO 22712:2023)
This document defines the activities related to refrigerating systems according to ISO 5149‑1, ISO 5149‑2, ISO 5149‑3 and ISO 5149‑4 and other equivalent standards, such as EN 378‑1, EN 378‑2, EN 378‑3, EN 378‑4 and the associated competence profiles. It also establishes the competence criteria for persons who carry out these activities. Activities concerning electricity are excluded.
NOTE 1 As a refrigerating circuit is considered not to incorporate electrical and electronic systems, activities in this area are not part of this document. National regulations or appropriate International or national standards can be referred to for competence on electrical and electronic systems.
NOTE 2 This document does not apply to persons carrying out work on self‑contained refrigerating systems as defined in ISO 5149‑1 or EN 378‑1, from the initial design of the product to the complete manufacture of the product, provided the process is controlled and the methods used are checked by an organization or individual responsible for the conformance with statutory requirements on health, safety and environment (e.g. energy efficiency).

Dieses Dokument legt die Tätigkeiten in Zusammenhang mit Kühlsystemen nach ISO 5149 1, ISO 5149 2, ISO 5149 3 und ISO 5149 4 und anderen äquivalenten Normen wie EN 378 1, EN 378 2 [4], EN 378 3 [5], EN 378 4 [6] und die dazugehörigen Sachkundeprofile fest. Es legt darüber hinaus die Sachkundekriterien für Personen, die diese Tätigkeiten ausführen, fest. Tätigkeiten in Bezug auf Elektrizität sind ausgenommen.
ANMERKUNG 1 Da von einem Kältemittelkreislauf angenommen wird, dass er keine elektrischen und elektronischen Systeme einschließt, sind Tätigkeiten in diesem Bereich kein Bestandteil des vorliegenden Dokuments. Bezüglich der Sachkunde zu elektrischen und elektronischen Systemen können nationale Vorschriften oder entsprechende nationale oder internationale Normen in Bezug genommen werden.
ANMERKUNG 2 Dieses Dokument ist nicht für Personen anwendbar, die Arbeiten an Kältesätzen nach ISO 5149 1 oder EN 378 1 von der Vorplanung des Produkts bis zur kompletten Fertigstellung des Produkts verrichten, sofern der Ablauf von einer Organisation oder Einzelperson überwacht wird und die angewendeten Verfahren von dieser überprüft werden, die für das Erfüllen der gesetzlichen Anforderungen an Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt (z. B. Energieeffizienz) verantwortlich ist.
ANMERKUNG 3 Dieses Dokument stellt kein Schulungsprogramm dar.

Le présent document définit les activités liées aux systèmes frigorifiques conformément à l’ISO 5149-1, l’ISO 5149-2, l’ISO 5149-3 et l’ISO 5149-4, et d’autres normes équivalentes, telles que l’EN 378-1, l’EN 378-2, l’EN 378-3, l’EN 378-4 et les profils de compétences associés. Il établit également des critères de compétence pour les personnes qui réalisent ces activités. Les activités liées à l'électricité sont exclues.
NOTE 1 Un circuit frigorifique étant sensé ne pas comporter de systèmes électriques et électroniques, les activités entrant dans ce domaine ne font pas partie du présent document. Les réglementations nationales ou les normes internationales ou nationales appropriées peuvent être consultées pour les compétences relatives aux systèmes électriques et électroniques.
NOTE 2 Le présent document ne s'applique pas aux personnes employées par des entreprises de fabrication de composants ou équipements frigorifiques autonomes ou monoblocs tels que définis dans l’ISO 5149-1 ou l’EN 378‑1, depuis la conception initiale du produit jusqu'à la fabrication complète du produit, à condition que le processus soit contrôlé et que les méthodes utilisées soient vérifiées par un organisme ou une personne, responsable de la conformité aux exigences légales en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement (par exemple, l'efficacité énergétique).

Hladilne naprave in toplotne črpalke - Strokovna usposobljenost osebja (ISO 22712:2023)
Ta evropski standard opredeljuje dejavnosti, povezane s hladilnimi tokokrogi, in povezane profile usposobljenosti ter vzpostavlja postopke za oceno usposobljenosti oseb, ki izvajajo te dejavnost.
OPOMBA: Ker hladilni tokokrog ne spada med vgrajene električne in elektronske sisteme, dejavnosti s tega področja niso del tega standarda. Za usposobljenost glede električnih in elektronskih sistemov se priporoča vpogled v nacionalne predpise oziroma ustrezne evropske oziroma nacionalne standarde. Ta evropski standard se ne uporablja za osebe, ki izvajajo delo na samozadrževalnih hladilnih sistemih, kot je opredeljeno v standardu EN 378-1 od začetne zasnove izdelka do končne proizvodnje izdelka pod pogojem, da je postopek nadzorovan in uporabljene metode preverja organizacija ali posameznik, ki je odgovoren za zagotavljanje skladnosti z zakonskimi zahtevami na področju zdravja, varnosti in okolja.

This document (EN ISO 22712:2023) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 86
"Refrigeration and air-conditioning" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 182
“Refrigerating systems, safety and environmental requirements” the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by October 2023, and conflicting national standards shall
be withdrawn at the latest by October 2023.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN 13313:2010.
