Testing fresh concrete - Part 5: Flow table test
This document specifies a method for determining the flow of fresh concrete. It is not applicable to self-compacting concrete, foamed concrete, no-fines concrete, or for concrete having a declared value of D of the coarsest fraction of aggregates actually used in the concrete (Dmax) of greater than 63 mm.
The flow test is sensitive to changes in the consistency of concrete, which correspond to flow values between 340 mm and 620 mm. Beyond these extremes the flow table test may be unsuitable and other methods of determining the consistence should be considered.

Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Ausbreitmaßes von Frischbeton fest. Die Prüfung gilt nicht für selbstverdichtenden Beton, Schaumbeton, Beton ohne Feinkorn oder für Beton mit einem deklarierten Wert von D des Größtkorns der tatsächlich im Beton verwendeten Gesteinskörnungen (Dmax) von größer als 63 mm.
Der Ausbreitversuch ist geeignet für Änderungen der Konsistenz von Beton, die einem Ausbreitmaß zwischen 340 mm und 620 mm entsprechen. Über diese Extremwerte hinaus kann die Messung des Ausbreitmaßes ungeeignet sein, und es sollten andere Verfahren für die Bestimmung der Konsistenz in Erwägung gezogen werden.

Le présent document spécifie une méthode de détermination de l’étalement du béton frais. Il n’est pas applicable aux bétons auto-plaçants, aux bétons cellulaires, aux bétons caverneux ou aux bétons ayant une valeur déclarée de D pour les plus gros granulats effectivement utilisés dans le béton (Dmax) supérieure à 63 mm.
L’essai d’étalement permet de mesurer des variations de la consistance du béton correspondant à des valeurs d’étalement comprises entre 340 mm et 620 mm. Au-delà de ces valeurs limites, l’essai d’étalement à la table à choc peut ne pas être significatif et il convient d’envisager l’utilisation d’autres méthodes pour déterminer la consistance.
Preskušanje svežega betona - 5. del: Preskus z razlezom
Ta evropski standard določa metodo za ugotavljanje razleza svežega betona. Ne uporablja se za samozgoščevalni beton, penasti beton, beton brez finih delcev ali za beton, pri katerem je deklarirana vrednost D najbolj grobega agregata, ki je dejansko uporabljen v betonu (Dmax), večja od 63 mm.
OPOMBA: Preskus z razlezom je občutljiv na spremembe v konsistenci betona, ki ustreza vrednostim razleza med 340 mm in 620 mm. Zunaj teh skrajnih vrednosti je lahko preskus z razlezom neprimeren in je priporočljivo razmisliti o drugih metodah za določanje konsistence.
