Hydraulic road binders - Part 3: Conformity evaluation
This European Standard specifies the scheme for the assessment and verification of constancy of performance of hydraulic road binders and their conformity with the corresponding product specification standards EN 13282-1 and EN 13282-2.
This European Standard provides technical rules for factory production control by the manufacturer, including autocontrol testing of samples. It also provides rules for actions to be followed in the event of non-conformity.
This European Standard should be linked with Annexes ZA of European Standards covering hydraulic road binders, i.e. EN 13282-1 and EN 13282-2, in particular for the assignments of tasks to the manufacturer and to the production control certification body.
Hydraulische Tragschichtbinder - Teil 3: Konformitätsbewertung
Diese Europäische Norm legt das Verfahren für die Bewertung und Überprüfung der Leistungsbeständigkeit von hydraulischen Tragschichtbindern und deren Übereinstimmung mit den Produktnormen EN 13282-1 und EN 13282-2 fest.
Diese Europäische Norm enthält technische Regeln für die werkseigene Produktionskontrolle durch den Hersteller einschließlich der internen Überwachungsprüfung von Proben. Sie enthält darüber hinaus Regeln für Maßnahmen, die bei Nichtkonformität zu ergreifen sind.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt in Verbindung mit dem Anhang ZA der Europäischen Normen zu hydraulischen Tragschichtbindern, d. h. EN 13282-1 und EN 13282-2, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Zuordnung der Aufgaben zum Hersteller und zur Zertifizierungsstelle für die Produktionskontrolle.
Liants hydrauliques routiers - Partie 3: Évaluation de la conformité
La présente Norme européenne spécifie le système d’évaluation et de vérification de la constance des performances des liants hydrauliques routiers et de leur conformité aux normes de spécifications de produits correspondantes EN 13282-1 et EN 13282-2.
La présente Norme européenne fournit les règles techniques pour le contrôle de la production en usine effectué par le fabricant, comprenant les essais d'autocontrôle sur échantillons. Elle fournit également les règles pour les actions à entreprendre en cas de non-conformité.
Il convient d’associer la présente Norme européenne à l’Annexe ZA des Normes européennes traitant des liants hydrauliques routiers, c’est-à-dire l’EN 13282-1 et l’EN 13282-2, notamment en ce qui concerne l’attribution des tâches au fabricant et à l’organisme de certification de contrôle de la production.
