Food processing machinery - Band saw machines - Safety and hygiene requirements
This European Standard specifies requirements for the design and manufacturing of band saw machines (see Figures 1 to 5).
The machines covered by this European Standard are used to cut bone and meat.
The band saw machines covered by this European Standard do not include band saw machines for processing wood and similar materials and the requirements of EN 1807 do not apply.
Band saw machines for domestic use are not included in this European Standard.
This European Standard only applies to machines which are manufactured after the date of issue of this European Standard.
This European Standard covers the following types of machines:
Band saw machines which are placed on the floor and can be wheel-mounted (see Figure 6).
- Type A
Band saw machine with a feed table and a fixed product pusher
Cutting height SH < 250 mm
- Band saw machines designed as table-top machines with and without base
- Band saw machines designed as floor-type machines
- Band saw machines integrated in a cutting line
Location: Table (see Figure 1) or base (see Figure 2). Distance A from the floor to the top surface of the feed table is between 800 mm and 1050 mm.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an die Konstruktion und Herstellung von Bandsägemaschinen
fest (siehe Bild 1 bis 5).
Die in dieser Europäischen Norm behandelten Maschinen werden zum Schneiden von Knochen und Fleisch
verwendet.
Die in dieser Europäischen Norm behandelten Bandsägen sind keine Bandsägen zum Bearbeiten von Holz
und ähnlichen Materialien und die in EN 1807 beschriebenen Anforderungen gelten nicht.
Bandsägemaschinen für den Hausgebrauch werden von dieser Europäischen Norm nicht erfasst.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nur für Maschinen, die nach dem Ausgabedatum dieser Europäischen Norm
erstellt werden.
Diese Norm umfasst folgende Bauarten von Maschinen:

⎯ Bandsägemaschinen, die als Tischaufsatzmaschinen mit und ohne Tisch gestaltet sind;
⎯ Bandsägemaschinen, die als Bodenstandmaschinen gestaltet sind;
⎯ Bandsägemaschinen, die in eine Schneidelinie eingefügt sind."
Bandsägemaschinen, die auf dem Fußboden aufgestellt werden, können verfahrbar ausgeführt sein (siehe
Bild 6).

Bandsägemaschine mit Zuführtisch und fest angebrachtem Materialdrücker
Schnitthöhe SH < 250 mm
Aufstellungsort: Tisch (siehe Bild 1) oder Untergestell (siehe Bild 2). Abstand A zwischen Fußboden und
Fläche Zuführtisch liegt in der Regel zwischen 800 mm und 1 050 mm.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les prescriptions relatives à la conception et à la fabrication des scies à
ruban (voir les Figures 1 à 5).
Les machines couvertes par la présente Norme européenne sont utilisées pour couper des os et de la viande.
Les scies à ruban couvertes par la présente Norme européenne diffèrent des scies à ruban pour le traitement du bois.
Les prescriptions décrites dans l’EN 1807 ne s'appliquent pas aux scies à ruban décrites ici.
Les scies à ruban à usage domestique ne sont pas couvertes par la présente Norme européenne.
La présente Norme européenne s'applique uniquement aux machines fabriquées après sa date de publication.
La présente Norme européenne couvre les types de scies à ruban suivants :
Les scies à ruban qui sont installées sur le sol et qui peuvent être équipées de roulettes (voir Figure 6).
- Type A :
Scie à ruban avec une table d'alimentation et un poussoir fixe.
Hauteur de coupe SH < 250 mm.
- !Les scies à ruban conçues pour être posées sur une table, avec ou sans socle
- Les scies à ruban conçues pour être posées au sol
- Les scies à ruban intégrées dans une ligne de coupe."
Plan de pose : Sur une table (voir Figure 1) ou sur un socle (voir Figure 2). La distance A entre le sol et la face
supérieure de la table d'alimentation est comprise entre 800 mm et 1050 mm.
Stroji za predelavo hrane - Tračne žage - Varnostne in higienske zahteve (vključno z dopolnilom A1)
Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za načrtovanje in izdelavo tračnih žag (glej Slike 1 do 5). Žage, ki jih zajema ta evropski standard, se uporabljajo za rezanje kosti in mesa. Tračne žage, ki jih zajema ta evropski standard, ne vključujejo tračnih žag za obdelavo lesa in podobnih materialov in zahteve EN 1807 ne veljajo. Ta evropski standard ne vključuje tračnih žag za domačo uporabo. Ta evropski standard velja samo za žage, izdelane po datumu izdaje tega evropskega standarda. Ta evropski standard zajema naslednje vrste žag: Tračne žage, nameščene na tleh, ki se lahko namestijo na kolo. - Tračne žage tipa A s podajalno mizo in pritrjenim potiskalnikom Višina rezanja SH < 250 mm – Tračne žage, narejene kot namizne žage s podlago ali brez nje – Tračne žage, narejene kot talne žage – Tračne žage, vgrajene v rezalno linijo Mesto: Miza (glej Sliko 1) ali podlaga (glej Sliko 2). Razdalja A med tlemi in zgornjo površino podajalne mize je med 800 mm in 1050 mm.
