Textile floor coverings - Classification of machine-made pile rugs and runners

This European Standard specifies requirements for machine-made (woven, tufted, knitted, needled, flocked, bonded, hand-tufted) rugs and runners, including a classification according to use intensity and luxury.
This European Standard is not applicable to hand-knotted rugs, to barrier mats or to bathroom rugs.

Textile Bodenbeläge - Einstufung von maschinengefertigten abgepassten Polteppichen und Läufern

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an maschinengefertigte abgepasste (gewebte, getuftete, gewirkte, genadelte, beflockte, geklebte, handgetuftete) Teppiche und Läufer einschließlich einer Einstufung bezüglich Verschleiß und Komfort Klassen fest.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für handgeknüpfte Teppiche, Eingangsmatten oder Badteppiche.

Revêtements de sol textiles - Classification des carpettes et passages en velours manufacturés

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences qui s'appliquent aux carpettes et passages manufacturés (tissés, touffetés, tricotés, aiguilletés, floqués, nappés à velours, touffetés mains) et définit une classification selon l’intensité d’usage et la classe de confort du produit.
La présente Norme européenne ne s’applique pas aux carpettes faites main, tapis de propreté ou carpettes de bain.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za strojno obdelane (tkane, prešite, spletene, zašite, kosmičene, zlepljene, ročno prešite) preproge in tekače, vključno z razvrščanjem glede na intenzivnost uporabe in luksuz. Ta evropski standard ne velja za ročno vozlane preproge, predpražnike ali kopalniške preproge.
