1.1 General This document specifies performance requirements for type tests for cable accessories for use on impregnated paper insulated power cables as specified in HD 621. It is not necessary to repeat these tests, once successfully completed, unless changes are made in the materials, design or manufacturing process, which might affect the performance characteristics. Accessories for special applications such as submarine cables, ships cables or hazardous situations (explosive environments, fire resistant cables or seismic conditions) are not included. Test methods are included in EN 61442:2005. NOTE It might be possible, subject to agreement between supplier and purchaser, and/or the relevant conformity assessment body, to demonstrate that conformity to the earlier standard can be used to claim conformity to this document, provided an assessment is made of any additional type testing that might need to be carried out. Any such additional testing that is part of a sequence of testing cannot be done separately. 1.2 Type of accessories The accessories covered by this document are listed below: - indoor and outdoor terminations of all designs, including terminal boxes; - straight joints, branch joints and stop end joints of all designs, suitable for use underground or in air; - screened or unscreened plug-in type or bolted-type separable connectors capable of interfacing with bushing profiles as specified in EN 50180 series and EN 50181. 1.3 Rated voltage The rated voltages U0/U(Um) of the accessories covered by this document are 3,6/6(7,2) - 3,8/6,6(7,2) - 6/10(12) - 6,35/11(12) - 8,7/15(17,5) - 12/20(24) - 12,7/22(24) - 18/30(36) - 19/33(36) - 20,8/36(42) kV.

1.1 Allgemeines 56 Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen für Typprüfungen an Kabelgarnituren in Verbindung mit masse-57 getränkten Papierkabeln, wie in HD 621 beschrieben, fest. 58 Nachdem diese Prüfung erfolgreich bestanden wurde, braucht diese nicht wiederholt werden, es sei denn, 59 Änderungen in Werkstoff, Konstruktion oder Herstellprozess, welche die Betriebseigenschaften beeinflussen 60 können, wurden vorgenommen. 61 Diese Norm gilt nicht für Garnituren für spezielle Anwendungsbereiche, z. B. Seekabel, Schiffskabel, oder 62 Einsatz unter gefährlichen Bedingungen (explosive Umgebung, feuerbeständige Kabel oder Erdbeben-63 gefährdung). 64 Die Prüfverfahren sind in EN 61442 enthalten. 65 ANMERKUNG Vorbehaltlich einer Vereinbarung zwischen Hersteller und Kunde und/oder der zuständigen 66 Konformitätsbewertungsstelle, könnte es möglich sein nachzuweisen, dass die Konformität mit der früheren Norm 67 verwendet werden kann, um die Konformität mit diesem Dokument zu beanspruchen, vorausgesetzt, es wird eine 68 Bewertung aller zusätzlichen Typprüfungen vorgenommen, die möglicherweise durchgeführt werden müssen. Solche 69 zusätzlichen Prüfungen, die Teil einer Prüffolge sind, können nicht separat durchgeführt werden. 70 1.2 Art der Kabelgarnituren 71 Dieses Dokument gilt für folgende Kabelgarnituren: 72 – Innen- und Freiluftendverschlüsse jeglicher Bauart, einschließlich Anschlusskästen; 73 – Verbindungsmuffen, Abzweigmuffen, Endmuffen und Übergangsmuffen jeglicher Bauart, geeignet zur 74 unterirdischen Verlegung oder in der Luft; 75 – geschirmte oder ungeschirmte steck- oder schraubbare Kabelanschlüsse, deren Durchführungskonturen 76 mit den in den Normen EN 50180 und EN 50181 spezifizierten übereinstimmen. 77 1.3 Nennspannung 78 Die Nennspannungen U0/U (Um) der von diesem Dokument abgedeckten Kabelgarnituren sind 3,6/6(7,2) – 79 3,8/6,6(7,2) – 6/10(12) – 6,35/11(12) – 8,7/15(17,5) – 12/20(24) – 12,7/22(24) – 18/30(36) – 19/33(36) – 80 20,8/36(42) kV.

Ta dokument določa zahteve glede delovanja za tipske preskuse pribora, ki se uporablja na kablih, izoliranih z impregniranim papirjem, kot je opredeljeno v standardu HD 621.
Preskusov ni treba ponavljati, če so uspešno opravljeni, razen če je prišlo do sprememb v
materialih, zasnovi ali proizvodnem procesu, ki lahko vplivajo na lastnosti delovanja.
