Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies - Part 6: Busbar trunking systems (busways)

IEC 61439-6:2012 lays down the definitions and states the service conditions, construction requirements, technical characteristics and verification requirements for low voltage BTS (see 3.101) as follows: - BTS for which the rated voltage does not exceed 1 000 V in case of a.c. or 1 500 V in case of d.c.; - BTS intended for use in connection with the generation, transmission, distribution and conversion of electric energy, and for the control of electric energy consuming equipment; - BTS designed for use under special service conditions, for example in ships, in rail vehicles, and for domestic applications (operated by unskilled persons), provided that the relevant specific requirements are complied with; - BTS designed for electrical equipment of machines. Supplementary requirements for BTS forming part of a machine are covered by the IEC 60204 series. This first edition of IEC 61439-6 cancels and replaces the third edition of IEC 60439-2 (2000) and its Amendment 1 (2005), and constitutes a technical revision. This edition of IEC 61439-6 includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the latest edition of IEC 60439-2: - alignment on the second edition of IEC 61439-1 (2011) regarding the structure and technical content, as applicable; - introduction of new verifications, accordingly; - correction of inconsistencies in resistance, reactance and impedance measurements and calculations; - numerous editorial improvements.

Ta del standarda IEC 61439 določa definicije in navaja pogoje obratovanja, gradbene zahteve, tehnične lastnosti in zahteve za preverjanje na področju nizkonapetostnih zbiralčnih razdelilnikov (BTS) (gl. 3.101), kot sledi: – ZBIRALČNI RAZDELILNIKI, katerih nazivna napetost ne presega 1000 V v primeru izmenične napetosti ali 1500 V v primeru enosmerne napetosti; – ZBIRALČNI RAZDELILNIKI, namenjeni za uporabo na področju proizvodnje, prenosa, distribucije in pretvarjanja električne energije ter za nadzor opreme, ki uporablja električno energijo; – ZBIRALČNI RAZDELILNIKI, namenjeni za uporabo v posebnih pogojih obratovanja, na primer na ladjah, železniških vozilih in za gospodinjsko uporabo (ko jih upravljajo neusposobljene osebe), pod pogojem da so izpolnjene ustrezne specifične zahteve; – ZBIRALČNI RAZDELILNIKI za električno opremo strojev. Dodatne zahteve za ZBIRALČNE RAZDELILNIKE, ki so del stroja, so opisane v skupini standardov IEC 60204. Ta standard velja za vse ZBIRALČNE RAZDELILNIKE, ne glede na to, ali so oblikovani, izdelani in preverjani enkratno ali so v celoti standardizirani in proizvedeni v velikih količinah. Proizvodnja in/ali sestavljanje lahko izvaja oseba, ki ni prvotni proizvajalec (gl. 3.10.1 in 3.10.2 v 1. delu). 1 Scope

NOTE 1 Throughout this part, the abbreviation BTS is used for a busbar trunking system. Where reference to

Part 1 is made, the term ASSEMBLY therefore reads as “BTS”.

This part of IEC 61439 lays down the definitions and states the service conditions,

construction requirements, technical characteristics and verification requirements for low

voltage BTS (see 3.101) as follows:

• BTS for which the rated voltage does not exceed 1 000 V in case of a.c. or 1 500 V in

case of d.c.;

• BTS intended for use in connection with the generation, transmission, distribution and

conversion of electric energy, and for the control of electric energy consuming equipment;

• BTS designed for use under special service conditions, for example in ships, in rail

vehicles, and for domestic applications (operated by unskilled persons), provided that the

relevant specific requirements are complied with;
NOTE 2 Supplementary requirements for BTS in ships are covered by IEC 60092-302.

• BTS designed for electrical equipment of machines. Supplementary requirements for BTS

This standard applies to all BTS whether they are designed, manufactured and verified on a

one-off basis or fully standardized and manufactured in quantity.

The manufacture and/or assembly may be carried out by a manufacturer other than the

original manufacturer (see 3.10.1 and 3.10.2 of Part 1).

This standard does not apply to individual devices and self-contained components, such as

motor starters, fuse switches, electronic equipment, etc. which will comply with the relevant

product standard.

This standard does not apply to the specific types of ASSEMBLIES covered by other parts of the

IEC 61439 series, to supply track systems in accordance with IEC 60570, to cable trunking

5.1 General
Replacement:

The characteristics of the BTS shall ensure compatibility with the ratings of the circuits to

which it is connected and the installation conditions and shall be declared by the BTS

manufacturer using the criteria identified in 5.2 to 5.6 and 5.101 to 5.102.

The specification schedule according to informative Annex C is intended to help the user and

the BTS manufacturer to meet this objective, whether the user:

• select catalogue products the characteristics of which meet their needs, and the

requirements of this standard,
• and/or make a specific agreement with the manufacturer.
NOTE Annex C also relates to the topics dealt with in Clauses 6 and 7.

In some cases information provided by the BTS manufacturer may take the place of an

agreement.
5.2.4 Rated impulse withstand voltage (U ) (of the ASSEMBLY)

5.3.1 Rated current of the ASSEMBLY (I )

agreement between the user and the manufacturer.

The rated current shall apply for a specified mounting orientation (see 5.3.2). However the

influence of the mounting orientation may be ignored for short (e.g. less than 3 m long)

5.3.2 Rated current of a circuit (I )
Addition:

The rated current (I ) of each circuit (i.e. incoming unit, BTU, tap-off unit, outgoing circuit)

shall be equal to or higher than its assumed loading. For tap-off units provided with more than

one main outgoing circuit, see also 5.4.

The rated current shall apply for specified mounting conditions. Mounting conditions may

include orientation and position, as follows:
a) orientation
Orientation may be horizontal or vertical.
Unless otherwise specified, the reference orientation is horizontal.
b) position

Position may be for example edgewise or flatwise for a BT run, and/or below or on top of

the BTU for a tap-off unit.

The BTS manufacturer may state different rated currents for different ambient temperatures

and/or mounting conditions, where applicable, for example by means of the following formula:

evropskemu standardu EN 61439-6 (en), Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies – Part 6:

Busbar trunking systems (busways), 2012.
Ta standard nadomešča SIST EN 60439-2:2000.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR

Mednarodni standard IEC 61439-6:2012 je pripravil tehnični odbor Mednarodne elektrotehniške komisije

IEC/TC 17 Sestavi nizkonapetostnih stikalnih in krmilnih naprav, potrdil pa tehnični odbor Evropskega

komiteja za standardizacijo v elektrotehniki CLC/SR 121B Sestavi nizkonapetostnih stikalnih in krmilnih

naprav. Slovenski standard SIST EN 61439-6:2012 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 61439-6:2012.

V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski

standard v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je potrdil tehnični odbor SIST/TC SKA Stikalni

in krmilni aparati.

Odločitev za privzem tega standarda je v oktobru 2012 sprejel tehnični odbor SIST/TC SKA Stikalni in

krmilni aparati.

Besedilo dokumenta 17D/452/FDIS, prihodnja prva izdaja IEC 61439-6, ki ga je pripravil pododbor SC

17D Sestavi nizkonapetostnih stikalnih in krmilnih naprav pri tehničnem odboru Mednarodne

elektrotehniške komisije IEC/TC 17 Stikalne in krmilne naprave, je bilo predloženo v vzporedno

glasovanje IEC-CENELEC in ga je CENELEC sprejel kot EN 61439-6:2012.
Določena sta bila naslednja roka:
– zadnji datum, do katerega mora dokument dobiti status
nacionalnega standarda bodisi z objavo istovetnega besedila
ali z razglasitvijo (dop) 2013-03-27
– zadnji datum, ko je treba razveljaviti nacionalne standarde,
ki so z EN v nasprotju (dow) 2015-06-27
Ta dokument nadomešča EN 60439-2:2000 + A1:2005.

EN 61439-6:2012 vsebuje naslednje pomembne tehnične spremembe glede na EN 60439-2:2000 +

A1:2005:

– uskladitev z drugo izdajo EN 61439-1:2011 glede strukture in tehnične vsebine, kjer je primerno;

– zato uvedbo novega preverjanja;

– popravek neskladnosti pri merjenju in izračunu upornosti, reaktance in impedance;

– številne uredniške izboljšave.
Ta standard je treba brati v povezavi z EN 61439-1:2011.

Upoštevati je treba, da so nekateri elementi tega dokumenta lahko predmet patentnih pravic. CENELEC

[in/ali CEN] ni odgovoren za identifikacijo katerekoli ali vseh teh pravic.

Ta dokument je bil pripravljen v okviru mandata, ki sta ga Evropska komisija in Evropsko združenje za

prosto trgovino dala CENELEC, in podpira bistvene zahteve direktive Evropske unije.

6. del: Zbiralčni povezovalni sistemi (zbiralčna vodila)
Predgovor

1. Mednarodna elektrotehniška komisija (IEC) je svetovna organizacija za standardizacijo, ki združuje vse nacionalne

elektrotehnične komiteje (nacionalni komiteji IEC). Cilj IEC je pospeševati mednarodno sodelovanje v vseh vprašanjih

standardizacije s področja elektrotehnike in elektronike. V ta namen poleg drugih aktivnosti izdaja mednarodne standarde,

tehnične specifikacije, tehnična poročila, javno dostopne specifikacije (PAS) in vodila (v nadaljevanju: publikacije IEC). Za

njihovo pripravo so odgovorni tehnični odbori; vsak nacionalni komite IEC, ki ga zanima obravnavana tema, lahko sodeluje

v tem pripravljalnem delu. Prav tako lahko v pripravi sodelujejo mednarodne organizacije ter vladne in nevladne ustanove,

ki so povezane z IEC. IEC deluje v tesni povezavi z mednarodno organizacijo za standardizacijo ISO skladno s pogoji,

določenimi v soglasju med obema organizacijama.

2. Uradne odločitve ali sporazumi IEC o tehničnih vprašanjih, pripravljeni v tehničnih odborih, kjer so prisotni vsi nacionalni

komiteji, ki jih tema zanima, izražajo, kolikor je mogoče, mednarodno soglasje o obravnavani temi.

3. Publikacije IEC imajo obliko priporočil za mednarodno uporabo ter jih kot takšne sprejmejo nacionalni komiteji IEC. Čeprav

IEC skuša zagotavljati natančnost tehničnih vsebin v publikacijah IEC. IEC ni odgovoren za način uporabe ali za možne

napačne interpretacije končnih uporabnikov.

4. Da bi se pospeševalo mednarodno poenotenje, so nacionalni komiteji IEC v svojih nacionalnih in regionalnih standardih

dolžni čim pregledneje uporabljati mednarodne standarde. Vsako odstopanje med standardom IEC in ustreznim nacionalnim

ali regionalnim standardom je treba v slednjem jasno označiti.

5. IEC sam ne izvaja potrjevanja skladnosti. Storitve ugotavljanja skladnosti in na nekaterih območjih tudi dostop do znakov

skladnosti IEC izvajajo neodvisni certifikacijski organi. IEC ni določil nobenega postopka v zvezi z označevanjem kot znakom

strinjanja in ne prevzema nikakršne odgovornosti za storitve, ki jih izvajajo neodvisni certifikacijski organi. opremo, ki je

deklarirana, da ustreza kateremu od publikacij IEC.
6. Vsi uporabniki naj bi si zagotovili zadnjo izdajo teh publikacij.

7. IEC ali njegovi direktorji, zaposleni, uslužbenci ali agenti, vključno s samostojnimi strokovnjaki ter člani tehničnih odborov in

nacionalnih komitejev IEC, ne prevzemajo nobene odgovornosti za kakršnokoli osebno poškodbo, škodo na premoženju ali

katerokoli drugo škodo kakršnekoli vrste, bodisi posredne ali neposredne, ali za stroške (vključno z zakonitim lastništvom) in

8. Posebno pozornost je treba posvetiti normativnim virom, na katere se sklicuje ta publikacija. Uporaba navedenih publikacij

je nujna za pravilno uporabo te publikacije.

IEC ne odgovarja za identifikacijo nobene od teh patentnih pravic.

Mednarodni standard IEC 61439-6 je pripravil pododbor 17D Sestavi nizkonapetostnih stikalnih in

krmilnih naprav pri tehničnem odboru IEC 17 Stikalne in krmilne naprave.

Ta prva izdaja IEC 61439-6 razveljavlja in nadomešča tretjo izdajo IEC 60439-2 (2000) in njegovo

dopolnilo 1 (2005) ter je tehnično revidirana.

Ta izdaja IEC 61439-6 vsebuje naslednje pomembne tehnične spremembe glede na zadnjo izdajo IEC

60439-2:

– uskladitev z drugo izdajo EN 61439-1:2011 glede strukture in tehnične vsebine, kjer je primerno;

– zato uvedbo novega preverjanja;

– popravek neskladnosti pri merjenju in izračunu upornosti, reaktance in impedance;

– številne uredniške izboljšave.

1 Področje uporabe

OPOMBA 1: V tem delu se kratica BTS uporablja za zbiralčni povezovalni sistem ("busbar trunking system"). Kjer se besedilo

sklicuje na 1. del, se izraz SESTAV bere kot "BTS".

Ta del IEC 61439 določa definicije in navaja pogoje delovanja, zahteve za konstrukcijo, tehnične

karakteristike in zahteve za preverjanje naslednjih nizkonapetostnih BTS (glej 3.101), kakor sledi:

— BTS, za katere naznačena napetost ne preseže 1 000 V izmenične napetosti ali 1 500 V

enosmerne napetosti;

— BTS, namenjeni za uporabo v povezavi s proizvodnjo, prenosom, distribucijo in pretvorbo električne

energije ter električnimi porabniki;

— BTS, namenjeni za uporabo v posebnih pogojih delovanja, na primer na ladjah, železniških vozilih

in v gospodinjski uporabi (rokovanje nestrokovnih oseb), če so upoštevane posebne zahteve;

— BTS, načrtovani za električno opremo strojev. Dodatne zahteve za BTS, ki so sestavni del stroja,

so navedene v skupini standardov IEC 60204.

Ta standard velja za vse BTS, bodisi da so zasnovani, izdelani in preverjeni posamično ali v celoti

standardizirani in izdelani v večjih količinah.

Proizvodnjo in/ali sestavljanje lahko izvaja proizvajalec, ki ni izvirni proizvajalec (glej 3.10.1 in 3.10.2 v

1. delu).

Ta standard se ne uporablja za posamezne naprave in samostojne sestavne dele, kot so motorski

zaganjalniki, stikala z varovalkami, elektronski pribor itd., ki ustrezajo relevantnim standardom za

proizvod.

Ta standard se ne uporablja za specifične tipe SESTAVOV, ki so zajeti v drugih delih skupine standardov

IEC 61439, za napajanje tračnih sistemov v skladu z IEC 60570, za sistem kabelskih korit in kanalov v
