Overhead electrical lines exceeding AC 1 kV up to and including AC 45 kV - Part 1: General requirements - Common specifications
This standard applies to bare and covered conductor overhead lines and overhead insulated cable systems with nominal voltage exceeding AC 1 kV up to and including AC 45 kV and with rated frequencies below 100 Hz. In general the requirements in EN 50341-1 apply. This standard specifies additional requirements and simplifications that apply only for this voltage range. In connection with EN 50341-1, this standard specifies the general requirements that shall be met for the design and construction of new overhead lines to ensure that the line is suitable for its purpose with regard to safety of persons, maintenance, operation and environmental considerations. This standard does not apply to: – overhead electric lines inside closed electrical areas as defined in HD 637 S1; – catenary systems of electrified railways unless explicitly required by another standard.

Diese Norm gilt für Freileitungen mit Nennspannungen über AC 1 kV bis und einschließlich AC 45 kV mit Nennfrequenzen unter 100 Hz ausgerüstet mit blanken Leitern, kunststoffisolierten Leitern oder Freileitungskabelsystemen. Grundsätzlich gelten die Anforderungen in EN 50341-1. Diese Norm legt zusätzliche Anforderungen und Vereinfachungen fest, die nur für diesen Spannungsbereich gelten. In Verbindung mit EN 50341-1 legt diese Norm die allgemeinen Anforderungen fest, die bei der Bemessung, Konstruktion und Errichtung von neuen Freileitungen eingehalten werden müssen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Freileitung ihren Zweck hinsichtlich Personensicherheit, Instandhaltung, Betrieb und Umwelteinflüssen erfüllt. Diese Norm gilt nicht für: – Freileitungen innerhalb abgeschlossener Gelände mit elektrischen Anlagen wie in HD 637 S1 festgelegt; – Oberleitungen elektrischer Bahnen soweit nicht ausdrücklich in einer anderen Norm gefordert.

Cette norme s’applique aux conducteurs de lignes aériennes nus ou gainés, aux systèmes de câbles aériens isolés avec une tension nominale supérieure à 1 kV AC jusqu'à et incluant 45 kV AC et avec une gamme de fréquence inférieure à 100 Hz. En général les prescriptions de l’EN 50341-1 s’appliquent. Cette norme spécifie les prescriptions supplémentaires et les simplifications qui s’appliquent seulement pour cette gamme de tensions. En correspondance avec l’EN 50341-1, cette norme spécifie les prescriptions générales qui doivent être satisfaites pour la conception et la construction de nouvelles lignes aériennes pour s’assurer que la ligne convient à l’usage pour lequel elle est destinée au regard de la sécurité des personnes, la maintenance le fonctionnement et les considérations environnementales. Cette norme ne s’applique pas à ce qui suit : – les lignes aériennes électriques à l’intérieur d’un espace clos comme défini dans le HD 637 S1; – les systèmes de caténaire des voies ferroviaires électrifiées à moins que cela soit requis explicitement par une autre norme.
Nadzemni električni vodi za izmenične napetosti nad 1 kV in do vključno 45 kV - 1. del: Splošne zahteve - Skupna določila
Ta standard se uporablja za gole in oplaščene vodnike nadzemnih vodov in sisteme nadzemnih
kablov za nazivne izmenične napetosti nad 1 kV in do vključno 45 kV ter naznačene frekvence pod
100 Hz. Na splošno se uporabljajo zahteve iz EN 50341-1. Ta standard podrobno določa dodatne zahteve in poenostavitve, ki se nanašajo samo na to napetostno območje. V povezavi z EN 50341-1 ta standard določa splošne zahteve, ki morajo biti izpolnjene pri projektiranju in graditvi novih nadzemnih vodov, da se zagotovi ustreznost voda njegovemu namenu ob upoštevanju varnosti ljudi, vzdrževanja, obratovanja in varstva okolja. Določila tega standarda se ne uporabljajo:
– za nadzemne električne vode znotraj zaprtih električnih območij, kot je opredeljeno v HD 637 S1;
– za sisteme nadzemnih napajalnih vodov elektrificiranih železniških prog, razen če tega izrecno ne
zahteva drug standard.

in je istoveten evropskemu standardu EN 50423-1 (en), Overhead electrical lines exceeding AC 1 kV
up to and including AC 45 kV – Part 1: General requirements – Common specifications, 2005.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 50423-1:2005 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropske organizacije za
standardizacijo na področju elektrotehnike CENELEC CLC/TC 11 Overhead electrical lines exceeding
1 kV a.c. (1,5 kV d.c.) – Nadzemni vodi za napetosti nad 1 kV izmenično (1,5 kV enosmerno).
Slovenski standard SIST EN 50423-1:2005 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 50423-1:2005. V
primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski
standard v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC NAV
Nadzemni vodi.
Odločitev za privzem tega standarda po metodi ponatisa je 8. junija 2005 sprejel tehnični odbor
SIST/TC NAV. Hkrati je odbor tudi sklenil, da se pripravi prevod standarda. Odbor je prevod potrdil
14. septembra 2006.
