High-voltage switchgear and controlgear - Part 104: Alternating current switches for rated voltages higher than 52 kV

IEC 62271-104:2015 is applicable to three-pole alternating current switches for rated voltages higher than 52 kV, having making and breaking current ratings, for indoor and outdoor installations, and for rated frequencies up to and including 60 Hz. This standard is also applicable to the operating devices of these switches and to their auxiliary equipment. This second edition replaces and cancels the first edition published in 2009 and constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: - the title was changed such that the voltage range now is >52 kV instead of ≥52 kV; - the references have been updated; - the comments in 17A/1063/RVC have been addressed. This publication is to be read in conjunction with IEC 62271-1:2007, IEC 62271-100:2008, IEC 62271-102:2001 and IEC 62271-110:2012.

L'IEC 62271-104:2015 est applicable aux interrupteurs à courant alternatif triphasé de tension assignée supérieure à 52 kV, ayant des pouvoirs de coupure et de fermeture assignés, prévus pour les installations à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, et de fréquence assignée inférieure ou égale à 60 Hz. La présente norme est également applicable aux dispositifs de manoeuvre de ces interrupteurs et à leurs équipements auxiliaires. Cette seconde édition annule et remplace la première édition parue en 2009, et constitue une révision technique. Cette édition comprend les modifications techniques significatives suivantes par rapport à l'édition précédente: - le titre a été changé pour que la gamme de tension soit >52 kV au lieu de ≥52 kV; - les références ont été mises à jour; - les commentaires du 17A/1063/RVC ont été pris en compte. Cette publication doit être lue conjointement avec la CEI 62271-1:2007, la CEI 62271-100:2008, la CEI 62271-102:2001 et la CE 62271-100:2012.I

Podtočka 1.1 standarda IEC 62271-1:2007 se ne uporablja in se nadomesti z naslednjim:
Ta del standarda IEC 62271 se uporablja za tripolna stikala za izmenični tok za nazivne napetosti, višje od 52 kV, za ustvarjanje in prekinjanje toka, za namestitev v notranjih in zunanjih okoljih ter za nazivne frekvence do vključno 60 Hz.
Ta standard se uporablja tudi za upravljalne naprave za ta stikala in njihovo pomožno opremo.
OPOMBA 1: Ta standard zajema stikala za plinsko izolirane naprave.
OPOMBA 2: Stikala s funkcijo prekinjanja in stikala, imenovana stikala/ločilna stikala, so zajeta tudi v standardu IEC 62271-102.
OPOMBA 3: Ta standard ne zajema ozemljitvenih stikal. Ozemljitvena stikala, ki so sestavni del stikala, so opisana v standardu IEC 62271-102.
Glavni cilj tega standarda je določitev zahtev za stikala, ki se uporabljajo v prenosnih in distribucijskih napravah. Stikala za splošno uporabo so zasnovana v skladu z naslednjimi servisnimi uporabami:
– stalno prevajanje običajnega nazivnega toka;
– prevajanje kratkostičnih tokov za določen čas;
– preklapljanje pretežno aktivnih obremenitev;

– preklapljanje napajalnega toka nenapetih kablov, vodov ali zbiralk;
– preklapljanje tokokrogov z zaprto zanko;
– ustvarjanje kratkostičnih tokov.
Dodatni cilj tega standarda je določitev zahtev za stikala za omejeno in posebno uporabo, ki se uporabljajo v prenosnih in distribucijskih napravah.
Stikala za omejeno uporabo so v skladu z eno ali več zgoraj navedenimi servisnimi uporabami.
Stikala za posebno uporabo so lahko v skladu z eno ali več zgoraj navedenimi uporabami in so poleg tega primerna za eno ali več naslednjih uporab:
– preklapljanje enojnih kondenzatorskih baterij;
– preklapljanje zaporednih kondenzatorskih baterij;
– preklapljanje reaktorjev, vključno s sekundarnimi ali terciarnimi reaktorji, vklopljenih na primarni strani transformatorja;
– uporabe, ki zahtevajo povečano število delovnih ciklov;
– preklapljanje pri okvari ozemljitve v neučinkovito ozemljenih nevtralnih sistemih.
