Household and similar electrical appliances - Product information properties - Part 1: Fundamentals

This part of IEC 63237 provides a method of standardizing the descriptions of household electrical appliances. The aims of this standard are - to define a common language for customers and suppliers through the publication of classes, represented by properties and their attributes; - enable electronic data exchange by machines (including information technology systems, see M2M communication); - to optimize workflows between customers and suppliers as well as in processes such as engineering, development and purchasing within their own organizations; - to offer also a dictionary to legislators and - to reduce transaction costs. The standard describes household electrical appliances using properties and makes the associated properties available in the IEC Common Data Dictionary (IEC CDD). Furthermore, this document provides rules, methods and the generic data structure for product specific classification standards and on how to produce a reference dictionary based on IEC 61360 Series. This in turn creates a descriptive basis of company internal and external descriptions of household electrical appliances based on structured classes and lists of properties. NOTE The terms "class", "properties" and "attributes" are defined in Clause 3 following the established definitions in IEC and ISO documents.

L'IEC 63237-1:2022 fournit une méthode de normalisation des descriptions des appareils électrodomestiques. Les objectifs du présent document sont les suivants: - définir un langage commun pour les clients et les fournisseurs par la publication de classes, représentées par des propriétés et leurs attributs; - permettre l'échange électronique des données entre les machines (notamment les systèmes des technologies de l'information; voir la communication machine à machine [M2M]); - optimiser les flux d'informations entre les clients et les fournisseurs, mais également dans des processus tels que l'ingénierie, le développement et les achats au sein de leurs propres organismes; - proposer également un dictionnaire aux législateurs; et - réduire le coût des transactions. Le présent document décrit les appareils électrodomestiques en s'appuyant sur des propriétés et met à disposition les propriétés associées dans le Dictionnaire de données communes de l'IEC (IEC CDD). En outre, le présent document fournit des règles, des méthodes et la structure de données générique pour les normes de classification spécifiques des produits. Il explique également comment créer un dictionnaire de référence à partir de la série IEC 61360. Cela permettra aux entreprises de créer une base descriptive qui contiendra les descriptions internes et externes des appareils électrodomestiques, articulées autour de classes structurées et de listes de propriétés.

Ta del standarda IEC 63237 podaja metodo standardizacije opisov gospodinjskih električnih aparatov.
Namen tega standarda je
– določiti skupni jezik za stranke in dobavitelje z objavo razredov, ki jih predstavljajo lastnosti in njihovi atributi;
– omogočiti elektronsko izmenjavo podatkov s stroji (vključno s sistemi informacijske tehnologije, glej komunikacijo M2M);
– optimizirati poteke dela med strankami in dobavitelji ter v procesih, kot so inženiring, razvoj in nabava v lastnih organizacijah;
– ponuditi zakonodajalcem slovar in
– zmanjšati transakcijske stroške.
Standard opisuje lastnosti gospodinjskih električnih aparatov in te lastnosti ponudi v skupnem podatkovnem slovarju IEC (IEC CDD).
Poleg tega ta dokument zagotavlja pravila, metode in generično podatkovno strukturo za standarde razvrščanja, specifične za izdelke, in kako izdelati referenčni slovar, ki temelji na skupini standardov IEC 61360. Tako na podlagi strukturiranih razredov in seznamov lastnosti nastane v podjetju osnova notranjih in zunanjih opisov gospodinjskih električnih aparatov.
OPOMBA: Izrazi »razred«, »lastnosti« in »atributi« so opredeljeni v točki 3 po uveljavljenih opredelitvah v dokumentih IEC in ISO.

FOREWORD
1) The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising
all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of IEC is to promote international
co-operation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and
in addition to other activities, IEC publishes International Standards, Technical Specifications, Technical Reports,
Publicly Available Specifications (PAS) and Guides (hereafter referred to as "IEC Publication(s)"). Their
preparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC National Committee interested in the subject dealt with
