DEN/ERM-TG28-503

Metropolitan Machine Mesh (M3M, npr. TR 103 055) in Smart Metering/Smart Grid (npr. TR 102 886) – TS 102 887. Upoštevano je, da bo ta oprema naprav kratkega dosega razreda 2, da se zagotovi najboljša učinkovitost spektra med zaščito osnovne storitve, ki deluje v nekaterih državah.

Foreword
This draft European Standard (EN) has been produced by ETSI Technical Committee Electromagnetic compatibility
and Radio spectrum Matters (ERM), and is now submitted for the combined Public Enquiry and Vote phase of the ETSI
standards EN Approval Procedure.
The present document is part 1 of a multi-part deliverable covering Short Range Devices (SRD); Radio equipment to be
used in the 870 MHz to 876 MHz frequency range with power levels ranging up to 500 mW, as identified below:
Part 1: "Technical characteristics and test methods";
Part 2: "Harmonized EN covering the essential requirements of article 3.2 of the R&TTE Directive".

Proposed national transposition dates
Date of latest announcement of this EN (doa): 3 months after ETSI publication
Date of latest publication of new National Standard
or endorsement of this EN (dop/e): 6 months after doa
Date of withdrawal of any conflicting National Standard (dow): 6 months after doa

Introduction
The present document is part of a set of standards developed by ETSI and is designed to fit in a modular structure to
cover all radio and telecommunications terminal equipment within the scope of the R&TTE Directive [i.2]. The
modular structure is shown in EG 201 399 [i.5].
For non EU countries the present document may be used for regulatory (Type Approval) purposes.

9 Draft ETSI EN 303 204-1 V1.1.0 (2014-06)
The present document describes test and performance requirements for licence exempt Short Range Devices (SRDs)
intending to use the frequency range 870 - 876 MHz at power levels up to 500 mW and duty cycle up to 2,5 %. The
frequency band is shared with other SRDs intended to support applications with more restrictive power levels and duty

Foreword
This European Standard (EN) has been produced by ETSI Technical Committee Electromagnetic compatibility and
Radio spectrum Matters (ERM).
The present document is part 1 of a multi-part deliverable covering Short Range Devices (SRD); Radio equipment to be
used in the 870 MHz to 876 MHz frequency range with power levels ranging up to 500 mW, as identified below:
Part 1: "Technical characteristics and test methods";
Part 2: "Harmonized EN covering the essential requirements of article 3.2 of the R&TTE Directive".

9 ETSI EN 303 204-1 V1.1.1 (2014-10)
The present document describes test and performance requirements for licence exempt Short Range Devices (SRDs)
intending to use the frequency range 870 - 876 MHz at power levels up to 500 mW and duty cycle up to 2,5 %. The
frequency band is shared with other SRDs intended to support applications with more restrictive power levels and duty
cycles as well as ER-GSM [i.6] assigned to the frequency range 873 - 876 MHz. Less restrictive duty cycle limits may
apply to certain infrastructure SRDs (
