ISO/IEC 14543-5-21:2012(E) specifies the media data stream service profile, the device interaction flow, the request and response message format used in device interaction and the description format of services provided by the device. It is applicable to computers, household appliances and communication devices that implement media data streaming by wired or wireless means.
