2 Principe de mesure
Ajouter, à la page 8, à la fin du point a), la nouvelle phrase suivante:
Les deux forets hélicoïdaux assurent la fonction de contact avec le substrat pour le passage du
courant.
Ajouter, à la page 8, à la fin du point b), après «courants d'électrodes individuels», le nouvel alinéa
suivant:
Les deux forets hélicoïdaux assurent des fonctions différentes. Un foret fournit le contact avec le
substrat pour le passage du courant. L'autre foret sert de détecteur de potentiel pour le contrôle de la
tension de régulation. Cette méthode supprime l'influence d'une variation de la résistance de contact
entre le foret de passage de courant et le substrat.
Remplacer, à la fin de l'avant-dernier alinéa, «la figure 2» par «les figures 2 et 3».

Ajouter, à la fin du premier alinéa, la nouvelle phrase suivante:
Ce mesurage étant destructif, l'éprouvette ne peut être utilisée qu'une seule fois.

2 Principle of measurement
Add, on page 9, at the end of item a), the following new sentence:
The two twist drills perform the function of current return contacts with the substrate.
Add, on page 9, at the end of item b), after "individual electrode currents", the following new
paragraph:
The two twist drills perform different functions. One drill provides the current return contact with
the substrate. The other drill serves as a potential sensor for the voltage feedback control. This
method removes the influence of the variable contact resistance between the current return
drill and the substrate.
Replace, at the end of the penultimate paragraph, "figure 2" by "figures 2 and 3".

3 Test specimen
Add, at the end of the first paragraph, the following new sentence:
This measurement is destructive; the test specimen can only be used once.
