Foreword ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national Standards bodies (ISO member bedies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO technical committees. Esch member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, govern- mental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. Draft International Standards adopted by the technical committees are circulated to the member bodies for approval before their acceptance as International Standards by the ISO Council. They are approved in accordance with ISO procedures requiring at least 75 % approval by the member bodies voting. International Standard ISO 215 was prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 46, Documen ta tion. lt cancels and replaces ISO Recommendation R 215-1961, of which it constitutes a technical revision. NACIONALNI UVOD
Standard SIST ISO 215 (sl), Dokumentacija – Oblikovanje prispevkov v periodičnih in drugih serijskih
publikacijah, 1996, ima status slovenskega standarda in je istoveten mednarodnemu standardu ISO
215 (en), Documentation – Presentation of contributions to periodicals and other serials, prva izdaja,
1986-11-15.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Mednarodni standard ISO 215:1986 je pripravil tehnični odbor Mednarodne organizacije za
standardizacijo ISO/TC 46 Informatika in dokumentacija. Slovenski standard SIST ISO 215:1996 je
prevod mednarodnega standarda ISO 215:1986. Slovenski standard SIST ISO 215:1996 je pripravil
tehnični odbor SIST/TC IDO Informatika in dokumentacija (sedaj SIST/TC IDT Informatika,
dokumentacija in splošna terminologija). V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda je
odločilen izvirni mednarodni standard v angleškem jeziku.
V letih po izidu mednarodnega standarda ISO 215 je prišlo do razveljavitve naslednjih mednarodnih
standardov:
– ISO 2014, Dokumentacija – Pisanje koledarskih datumov v popolnoma numerični obliki, in
– ISO 3307, Izmenjava informacij – Prikaz dnevnega časa,
ki ju je nadomestil mednarodni standard ISO 8601, Podatkovni elementi in formati za izmenjavo
podatkov – Izmenjava informacij – Predstavitev datumov in časa
– ISO 31-0, Veličine in enote – 0. del: Splošna načela, ki ga sedaj nadomešča mednarodni
standard ISO 80000-1, Veličine in enote – 1. del: Splošno
– ISO 1000, Enote SI s priporočili za uporabo njihovih večkratnikov in nekaterih drugih enot,
ki ga sedaj nadomešča mednarodni standard ISO 80000-1, Veličine in enote – 1. del: Splošno
– ISO 5966, Dokumentacija – Predstavitev znanstvenih in tehničnih poročil
Te spremembe je treba upoštevati povsod v besedilu SIST ISO 215, kjer so navedeni razveljavljeni
standardi (v točkah 5.4.2, 5.4.3, 5.4.4 in 6).
Odločitev za izdajo tega standarda je dne 25. januarja 1996 sprejel SIST/TC IDO Informatika in
dokumentacija.
OSNOVA ZA IZDAJO STANDARDA
– Privzem standarda ISO 215:1986
OPOMBE
– Povsod, kjer se v besedilu standarda uporablja izraz “mednarodni standard”, v SIST ISO 215:1996 to
pomeni “slovenski standard”.
– Nacionalni uvod, nacionalni predgovor, vsebinsko kazalo in slovar niso sestavni del standarda.
Definicije pojmov so povzete po mednarodnih standardih ISO 1087, Terminologija – Slovar, in
ISO 5127, Informatika in dokumentacija – Slovar.
– Če je kjerkoli v besedilu naveden mednarodni standard, ki je bil že privzet kot slovenski standard,
je s tem mišljen slovenski standard. Pri vseh navedbah slovenskih in mednarodnih standardov je
mišljena njihova zadnja izdaja.
