This standard specifies the characteristics of rigid single row ball bearings in corrosion resisting steel of diameter series 0 and 2 designed to withstand only slow rotations and oscillations under load. They are intended for use between fixed and moving parts of the aircraft structure and their control mechanisms. The airframe rolling bearings defined in this standard are used from -54°C to 150°C.

Diese Norm legt die Eigenschaften von einreihigen Rillenkugellagern aus korrosionsbeständigem Stahl der Durchmesserreihen 0 und 2 fest, die so ausgelegt sind, dass sie unter Belastung nur langsamen Dreh- und Schwenk- bewegungen standhalten. Sie sind zur Verwendung zwischen starren und beweglichen Flugwerkteilen und deren Steuerungseinrichtungen vorgesehen. Die in der vorliegenden Norm festgelegten Flugwerklager sind in dem Temperatur- bereich von -54°C bis +150°C anwendbar.

La présente norme spécifie les caractéristiques des roulements en acier résistant a la corrosion, rigides, a une rangée de billes, séries de diametres 0 et 2 conçus pour supporter en charge uniquement des rotations lentes   et des oscillations faibles. Ils sont destinés a etre utilisés entre les éléments fixes et mobiles de la structure des aéronefs et de leurs mécanismes de commande. Les roulements de structure définis par la présente norme sont utilisables dans l'intervalle de température de -54°C a +150°C.
