This European standard specifies the characteristics of adjustable rod-ends consisting of:
 a spherical plain bearing, metal to metal, in corrosion resisting steel, wide series (EN 4265);
 a rod-end with threaded shank with an optional longitudinal groove for locking purposes.
They are intended for use in fixed or moving parts of the aircraft structure and their control
mechanisms.

Ta evropski standard določa karakteristike nastavljivih končnikov z očesom, ki so sestavljeni iz:
 zglobnega drsnega ležaja, kovina na kovino, iz korozijsko odpornega jekla, širokega tipa (EN 4265);
 končnika z očesom in navojno ročico z izbirnim vzdolžnim utorom za zaklepanje.
Namenjeni so za uporabo v fiksnih ali premikajočih se delih ogrodja letala in njihovih nadzornih mehanizmih.

1 Scope

This European standard specifies the characteristics of adjustable rod-ends consisting of:
