Hot finished structural hollow sections of non-alloy and fine grain structural steels - Part 1: Technical delivery requirements

This European Standard covers hot finished structural hollow sections in thicknesses up to and including 65 mm of circular, square or rectangular form and applies to hollow sections formed hot with or without subsequent heat treatment or formed cold with subsequent heat treatment to obtain equivalent metallurgical conditions to those obtained in the hot formed product.

Diese Europäische Norm enthält die Anforderungen an warmgefertigte Stahlbau-Hohlprofile mit kreisförmigem, quadratischem oder rechteckigem Querschnitt in Wanddicken bis 65 mm; sie gilt für mit oder ohne nachfolgende Wärmebehandlung warmgefertigte Hohlprofile sowie für kaltgefertigte Hohlprofile, die anschliessend wärmebehandelt wurden, um eine ähnliche metallurgische Beschaffenheit wie bei den warmgefertigten Erzeugnissen zu erzielen.

La présente norme européenne traite des profils creux finis a chaud, d'épaisseur inférieure ou égale a 65 mm, de forme circulaire, carrée ou rectangulaire, formés a chaud avec ou sans traitement thermique ou formés a froid avec traitement thermique consécutif au formage afin d'obtenir un    état métallurgique équivalent a celui des produits formés a chaud.
