Erdöl- und Erdgasindustrie - Stahlrohre zur Verwendung als Futter- oder Steigrohre für Bohrungen (ISO 11960:2001)

1.1   Diese Internationale Norm legt die technischen Lieferbedingungen für Stahlrohre (Futterrohre, Steigrohre, Futterrohrliner mit glatten Enden und kurze Verbindungsrohre) und Rohrverbinder fest. Diese Internationale Norm gilt für
folgende Verbindungen nach ISO 10422 oder API Spezifikation 5B:
¾ Futterrohre mit Rundgewinde, kurz (STC);
¾ Futterrohre mit Rundgewinde, lang (LC);
¾ Futterrohre mit Buttress-Gewinde (BC);
¾ Futterrohre mit Extremeline-Gewinde (XC);
¾ Steigrohre ohne Anstauchung (NU);
¾ Steigrohre mit Anstauchung nach außen (EU);
¾ Steigrohre mit Integral-Verbindung (IJ).
In der vorliegenden Internationalen Norm werden für diese Verbindungen die technischen Lieferbedingungen für Muffen und Gewindeschutz festgelegt.
Für Rohre, die unter diese Internationale Norm fallen, sind die Größen, Massen, Wanddicken, Stahlsorten und die zulässige Endenbearbeitung festgelegt.
Diese Internationale Norm kann auch auf Rohrprodukte mit Verbindungen, die nicht unter ISO/API-Normen fallen, angewendet werden.
1.2   Diese Internationale Norm gilt für vier Produktgütestufen aus den folgenden Stahlsorten:
¾ Gütestufe 1: Alle Futter- und Steigrohre, Stahlsorten H, J, K und N.
¾ Gütestufe 2: Alle Futter- und Steigrohre, Stahlsorten C, L, M und T.
¾ Gütestufe 3: Alle Futter- und Steigrohre, Stahlsorte P.
¾ Gütestufe 4: Alle Futterrohre, Stahlsorte Q.
1.3   Futterrohrgrößen, die größer als Aufschrift 1: 4-1/2 aber kleiner als Aufschrift 1: 10-3/4 sind, können vom Besteller für die Verwendung mit Steigrohren verlangt werden, siehe Tabellen C.1, C.24, C.30 und C.31 bzw.
Tabellen E.1, E.24, E.30 und E.31.
1.4   Zusätzliche Anforderungen, die zwischen Besteller und Hersteller vereinbart werden können, z. B. für zerstörungsfreie Prüfung, Muffen-Rohlinge, Anstauchen von Futterrohren, elektrisches Schweißen von Futterrohren, Kerbschlagversuch, Dichtringe für Muffen und Bescheinigungen, sind in Anhang A festgelegt.
