Mechanische und funktionelle Eigenschaften von einsatzgehärteten und angelassenen metrischen gewindefurchenden Schrauben (ISO 7085:1999)
Diese Internationale Norm legt die Anforderungen von einsatzgehärteten und angelassenen metrischen gewindefurchenden Schrauben fest. Gewindefurchende Schrauben nach dieser Norm erzeugen Innengewinde mit Gewinde-Nenndurchmessern in einem Bereich von 2 mm bis 12 mm, die zu metrischen ISO-Gewinden für allgemeine Zwecke passen und im allgemeinen technischen Bereich verwendet werden. ISO 898-1 ist für Schrauben nach dieser Norm nicht anwendbar.

Thread rolling screws according to this International Standard produce female threads which fit ISO generalpurpose metric screw threads, in the range from 2 mm up to and including 12 mm nominal thread diameter, for usein general engineering applications.ISO 898-1 is not applicable to screws made according to this International Standard.2 Normative referencesThe following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions ofthis International Standard. Failure shall not occur inthe clamped threads.4.6 DuctilityThere shall be no fracture at the head/shank intersection when a permanent deformation of 7° is induced betweenthe plane of the underhead bearing face and a plane normal to the axis of the screw, when tested in accordancewith 5.5. The test shall be regarded as satisfactory even if a crack appears in the first thread, provided that the headdoes not snap off.4.7 Ability to form the mating threadThe screw shall, without permanent deformation of its own thread when viewed at ´ 10 magnification, form a matingthread in a test plate in accordance with 5.6.
