Thermal spraying - Components with thermally sprayed coatings - Coating specification

This European standard defines the requirements to be specified in the coating specification for a thermally sprayed coating. It applies to components and workpieces made of metallic or non-metallic materials that are to be partially or completely coated with thermally sprayed coatings. The coating may be made of metals, metal ceramics, oxide ceramics or plastics. Additional requirements for the coating manufacturer that are not coating-specific should be included by defining the technical supply conditions according to EN ISO 12670.
The requirements defined in this standard should be met by a component-related thermal spray procedure specification (TSPS) prepared by the coating manufacturer. The thermal spray procedure specification should be documented and component-related to ensure traceability. For details, see prEN 17002 (project stage).
Proof that the requirements of the coating specification are met by the application of the thermal spray procedure specification can be provided by performing a component-related procedure qualification according to EN 15648.
If specific coating requirements cannot be specified by the customer, they should be agreed with the contractor on the basis of the requirements for the sprayed coating - e.g. against fretting wear at high temperatures - and on the basis of the contractor's past experience.

Thermisches Spritzen - Bauteile mit thermisch gespritzten Schichten - Schichtspezifikation

Diese Europäische Norm definiert die Anforderungen, die in der Schichtspezifikation für eine thermisch gespritzte Schicht festzulegen sind. Dies ist auf Bauteile und Werkstücke aus metallischen oder nicht-metallischen Werkstoffen anwendbar, die teilweise oder vollständig mit thermisch gespritzten Schichten beschichtet werden. Die Schicht kann aus Metallen, Metallkeramik, Oxidkeramik oder Kunststoff bestehen. Es ist beabsichtigt, dass weitere Anforderungen für den Hersteller der Schicht, die nicht schichtspezifisch sind, durch die Festlegung der technischen Lieferbedingungen nach EN ISO 12670 eingeschlossen werden.
Es ist beabsichtigt, dass die in dieser Norm definierten Anforderungen, durch eine bauteilbezogene thermi-sche Spritzanweisung (TSPS), die vom Hersteller der Schicht vorbereitet wird, erfüllt werden. Die thermische Spritzanweisung ist beabsichtigt dokumentiert zu werden und bauteilbezogen zu sein, um die Rückver-folgbarkeit sicherzustellen. Für mehr Informationen siehe EN 17002.
Der Nachweis, dass die Anforderungen der Schichtspezifikation durch eine thermische Spritzanweisung erfüllt werden, kann durch eine bauteilbezogene Verfahrensprüfung nach EN 15648 erbracht werden.
Wenn spezifische Schichtanforderungen nicht vom Kunden festgelegt werden können, ist beabsichtigt, dass sie mit dem Auftragnehmer auf Grundlage der Anforderungen für die gespritzte Schicht, z. B. gegen Ver-schleiß bei hohen Temperaturen, und auf Grundlage der vergangenen Erfahrungen des Kunden vereinbart werden.

Projection thermique - Composants avec des revêtements obtenus par projection thermique - Spécification du revêtement

La présente Norme européenne définit les exigences devant figurer dans la spécification d’un revêtement obtenu par projection thermique. Elle s’applique aux composants et pièces en matériaux métalliques ou non métalliques qui doivent être partiellement ou entièrement revêtus par projection thermique. Le revêtement peut être en métal, en métallo‐céramique, en céramique d’oxyde ou en
plastique. Les exigences supplémentaires nécessaires pour le fabricant de revêtement, qui ne sont pas spécifiques du revêtement, doivent être incluses dans les conditions techniques de livraison conformément à l’EN ISO 12670.
La spécification du mode opératoire de projection thermique relative au composant (SMOPT) préparée par le fabricant du revêtement doit satisfaire aux exigences définies dans la présente norme. Cette spécification doit être documentée et associée au composant pour assurer la traçabilité. Pour plus d’informations, voir l’EN 17002.
La qualification du mode opératoire relative au composant conformément à l’EN 15648 permet de prouver que les exigences de la spécification du revêtement sont satisfaites en appliquant la spécification du mode opératoire de projection thermique.
Si certaines exigences spécifiques du revêtement ne peuvent pas être spécifiées par le client, elles doivent faire l’objet d’un accord avec l’entrepreneur sur la base des exigences relatives au revêtement projeté - par exemple pour lutter contre l’usure de contact à des températures élevées - et sur la base de l’expérience acquise par l’entrepreneur.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve, ki jih je treba navesti v specifikaciji premazov za premaze, nanesene z vročim brizganjem. Uporablja se za sestavne dele in obdelovance iz kovinskih ali nekovinskih materialov, ki bodo delno ali v celoti premazani s premazi, nanesenimi z vročim brizganjem. Premaz je lahko izdelan iz kovine, kovinske keramike, oksidne keramike ali plastike. Dodatne zahteve za proizvajalca premaza, ki niso specifične za premaz, je treba vključiti z določitvijo tehničnih dobavnih pogojev v skladu s standardom EN ISO 12670.
