Agricultural machinery - Slurry tankers and spreading devices - Environmental protection - Requirements and test methods for the spreading precision

This European Standard specifies requirements for the environmental preservation and their verification for design and construction of slurry tankers for broadcasting and band spreading of slurry in agriculture and horticulture. It specifies requirements for the transverse and longitudinal spreading characteristics such as acceptable working widths, steady flow and the stretch within the tolerance zone. These requirements are limited to tests with slurry as described in Annex A, table A.1.

Diese Europäische Norm enthält Prüfmethoden und Anforderungen für Bauart und Konstruktion von Flüssigmisttankwagen für die Breit- und Bandverteilung von Flüssigmist in Landwirtschaft und Gartenbau im Hinblick auf die Herabsetzung von Umweltschäden.
Die Norm legt Anforderungen an Ausbringcharakteristka bei Quer- und Längsverteilung fest, z.B. Arbeitsbreiten, charakteristische Ausbringmenge, charakteristischer Volumenstrom und Streckung innerhalb der Toleranzzone.
ANMERKUNG   Die Anwendung dieser Norm ist alleine nicht ausreichend, um alle Umweltaspekte zu behandeln. Andere Aspekte wie Ammoniak-Emission, Geruchsreduzierung usw. sollten ebenfalls berücksichtigt werden.
Diese Anforderungen sind begrenzt auf die Beurteilung von Flüssigmisttankwagen, die mit Flüssigmist nach Anhang A, Tabelle A.1 geprüft werden.
Aspekte des persönlichen Schutzes sind in dieser Norm nicht behandelt. Diese werden in EN 707 behandelt.

La présente norme européenne détermine les prescriptions relatives à la protection de l'environnement et les vérifications pour la conception et la construction des épandeurs de lisier destinés à l'épandage de lisier en nappe et en bandes, en agriculture et en horticulture. Elle détermine des prescriptions relatives aux caractéristiques d'épandage dans les directions transversale et longitudinale, telles que largeurs de travail acceptables, débit constant et étendue dans la zone de tolérance. Ces prescriptions sont limitées aux essais réalisés avec le lisier décrit en Annexe A, tableau A.1.

  • Pressure measurements at the connection point: ±25 kPa or ±5%.
  • Weighing accuracy for collected slurry: ±10 g or ±0.5% (whichever is greater).
  • Environmental test conditions: wind ≤ 3 m/s (measured at 1.5 m height) for transverse tests, even horizontal surface, specified agitation and filling procedures.
