This European Standard specifies the procedures to be adopted when checking transportable refillable welded steel LPG cylinders before, during and after filling. This standard applies to transportable refillable welded steel LPG cylinders of water capacity from 0,5 l up to and including 150 l. This standard does not apply to cylinders permanently installed in vehicles, or to the plant and filling equipment.

Diese Norm gilt für ortsveränderliche, wiederbefüllbare, geschweißte Gasflaschen aus Stahl mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 0,5 l bis einschließlich 150 l für Flüssiggas. Sie gilt nicht für Gasflaschen, die in Fahrzeugen fest eingebaut sind oder für Anlagen und Fülleinrichtungen.

La présente norme européenne décrit les procédures a employer pour vérifier les bouteilles transportables et rechargeables pour GPL en acier soudées avant, pendant et apres le remplissage. Cette norme s'applique aux bouteilles de gaz en acier soudé transportables et rechargeables ayant une capacité en eau allant de 0,5 l a 150 l inclus. Elle ne s'applique ni aux bouteilles installées en permanence dans des véhicules ni au centre remplisseur et au matériel de remplissage.
