Railway applications - Track - Test methods for fastening systems - Part 2: Determination of torsional resistance
This part of EN 13146 specifies a laboratory test procedure to determine the moment necessary to rotate a rail, secured to a sleeper by a rail fastening assembly, through 1° in a plane parallel to the base of the rail. The value obtained can be used in track stability calculations. The test is not applicable to embedded rail.
This test procedure applies to a complete fastening assembly.

Dieser Teil der EN 13146 legt ein Laborprüfverfahren zur Ermittlung des Verdrehwiderstandes fest, das erforderlich ist, eine Schiene, die mittels eines Schienenbefestigungssystems an einer Schwelle befestigt ist, um 1° in einer Ebene parallel zum Fuß der Schwelle zu drehen. Der erzielte Wert lässt sich für Gleisstabilitäts-berechnungen verwenden. Die Prüfung ist nicht für eingebettete Schienen anwendbar.
Das Prüfverfahren gilt für ein komplettes Schienenbefestigungssystem.

La présente partie de l’EN 13146 prescrit une méthode d'essai en laboratoire visant à déterminer le moment nécessaire pour faire subir à un rail, maintenu sur une traverse au moyen d'un système de fixation, une rotation de 1 degré dans un plan parallèle à la base du rail. La valeur obtenue peut être utilisée pour effectuer des calculs relatifs à la stabilité de la voie.
L’essai ne s’applique pas aux rails enrobés.
L'application de cette méthode d'essai est destinée à un ensemble de fixation complet.

Ta evropski standard določa laboratorijski preskusni postopek za ugotavljanje momenta, potrebnega za obračanje tirnice, pritrjene na prag s pritrdilnim sestavom za tirnice, prek 1° v ravnini, vzporedni z vznožjem tirnice. Pridobljeno vrednost je mogoče uporabiti v izračunih stabilnosti zgornjega ustroja. Preskus se ne uporablja za vgrajene tirnice. Ta preskusni postopek se uporablja za celoten pritrdilni sestav.
