Standardisation of performance measurement of small household appliances and similar electrical appliances except surface cleaning appliances. Examples of appliances covered by SC 59L are small kitchen appliances (kettles, jugs, food preparation appl. etc) and all kinds of household ironing appliances, bodycare appliances, fans.
