SIST EN 300 324-1 V1.2.3:2005
(Main)Request for a new edition of the V5.1 interface specification (part 1) to incorporate/include the amendments A1 and the changes in the PSTN restart procedures by leaving the DiSCONNECT COMPLETE message as it is and not send DISCONNECT COMPLETE in state AN1 or LE1 and treat the message as an unexpected message in the OUT OF SERVICE state. The aim is also to include further comments discussed during the time frame not later than milestone 6 for this work item.
