As soon as payment gets processed the invoice will be created.
Invoices
After the purchase is completed successfully, you can find your invoices at the “Orders” page for the Personal Account and at the "Orders" page for your Organization in the case of a Business Account.
To protect client information, for business accounts, invoices that are available for Organization Admins only.

Accessing E-Library
After payment is completed and received an order confirmation, the electronic document can be downloaded from your online account. You will find the documents under the "My Orders" menu for the period of time that was selected while creating the order. (12 hours / 1 day / 1 week)
Accessing Acquired Documents
Once you have made the payment and received an order confirmation, the electronic document can be downloaded from your online account. You will find the document under the "My Orders" menu, where you can download it to your computer. It is important to know that all electronic files are subject to SIST Copyright, which you will need to comply with.
Accessing Packages
As soon as the payment is completed and an order confirmation is received, the electronic documents purchased in packages category can be downloaded from your online account. You will find the document under the "My Orders" menu, where you can download it to your computer. It is important to know that all electronic files been purchased on our platform are strictly forbidden to distribution and are subject to SIST Copyright, which must be complied with.
Volume Discounts
You can cost-effectively share electronic versions of publications on your company or organization's computer network. Simply multiply the price of the publication according to the relevant discount.
2-3 licenses - 15% discount
4-5 licenses - 30% discount
6-10 licenses - 50% discount
more than 10 licenses - 60% discount
Return Policy
As per our Terms & Conditions, iTeh does not accept returns, nor provide a refund for PDF documents.
