SCOPE
1.1 This specification covers lap cement consisting of asphalt dissolved in a volatile petroleum solvent with or without mineral or other stabilizers, or both, for use with roll roofing.
1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. The values given in parentheses are for information only.
