ASTM D3069-94(2005)
(Test Method)Standard Test Method for Delivery Rate of Aerosol Products
Standard Test Method for Delivery Rate of Aerosol Products
SIGNIFICANCE AND USE
Delivery rate tests assist in evaluating one aspect of valve performance, and are considered as a prerequisite to both biological and storage testing.
SCOPE
1.1 This test method covers the determination of delivery rate of aerosol products.
This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
