District heating pipes - Bonded single and twin pipe systems for buried hot water networks - Surveillance systems

This document specifies requirements and test methods for surveillance systems for directly buried hot water networks in accordance with EN 13941 1 and EN 13941 2.
This document specifies requirements for the manufacture of measuring elements, for the manufacture of factory made bonded pipe, fitting and valve assemblies with measuring elements as well as for the assembly of the measuring elements in the field.
All requirements and recommendations described in this document are based on the experience gained with existing surveillance systems and their principle function.
The specific requirements given are only valid for electrical wire based surveillance systems forming an integral part of the pipes, valves, fittings and joints.

Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für Überwachungssysteme für direkt erdverlegte Fernwärmenetze nach EN 13941-1 und EN 13941-2 fest.
Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen zur Herstellung von Messelementen, zur Herstellung von werkmäßig hergestellten Verbundrohren, Formstücken und Absperrarmaturen mit Messelementen und die Montage der Messelemente vor Ort fest.
Alle in diesem Dokument beschriebenen Anforderungen und Empfehlungen basieren auf der Erfahrung mit bestehenden Überwachungssystemen und deren prinzipiellen Funktionsweisen.
Die angegebenen speziellen Anforderungen gelten nur für Überwachungssysteme mit elektrischen Leitern, die einen integralen Bestandteil der Rohre, Absperrarmaturen, Formstücke und Verbindungen darstellen.

Le présent document spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d’essai applicables aux systèmes de surveillance pour les réseaux d'eau chaude directement enterrés conformes à l’EN 13941-1 et l’EN 13941-2.
Le présent document précise les exigences relatives à la fabrication des éléments de mesure, à la fabrication de tuyaux bloqués, assemblages de raccords et d’appareils de robinetterie manufacturés avec les éléments de mesure et à l’assemblage sur site desdits éléments de mesure.
Toutes les exigences et recommandations décrites dans le présent document sont fondées sur l’expérience acquise avec les systèmes de surveillance existants et leur fonction principale.
Les exigences spécifiques indiquées sont valides uniquement pour les systèmes de surveillance électriques formant partie intégrante des tubes, appareils de robinetterie, raccords et autres assemblages.

Ta dokument določa zahteve in preskusne metode za nadzorne sisteme za neposredno vkopana vročevodna omrežja v skladu s standardom prEN 13941-1. Ta dokument določa zahteve za proizvodnjo merilnih elementov, za proizvodnjo tovarniško izdelanih predizoliranih cevi, sestave fitingov in ventilov z merilnimi elementi, kot tudi za sestave merilnih elementov na terenu. Vse zahteve in priporočila, opisana v tem dokumentu, temeljijo na izkušnjah pri obstoječih nadzornih sistemih in njihovih glavnih funkcijah.
Določene podane zahteve veljajo samo za nadzorne sisteme, ki temeljijo na električnem ožičenju in tvorijo sestavni del cevi, ventilov, fitingov in spojev.
