Elektromagnetna združljivost in zadeve v zvezi z radijskim spektrom (ERM) - Tehnične karakteristike in merilne metode za ladijske stražne sprejemnike za sprejem digitalnega selektivnega klica (DSC) v pomorskih pasovih MF, MF/HF in VHF

Pričujoči dokument navaja minimalne zahteve za delovanje in zmogljivost ladijskih sprejemnikov, namenjenih za priklop na zunanje inštalacije, vključno z dekoderjem za DSC, in uporabljenih kot sprejemnike za stražne DSC na ladjah, ki delujejo v mobilnem MF, MF/HF in VHF pasu, dodeljenemu v radijskih predpisih ITU [1] za pomorske mobilne storitve, tako v povezavi z komunikacijo v sili in varnostno komunikacijo kot tudi s splošno komunikacijo. Te  zahteve vključujejo pomembne določbe radijskih predpisov ITU  [1],  priporočil ITU-R M.493-12 [3], M.451-9 [10], M.489-2 [9] in sklepov IMO A.803(19), A.804(19), A.806(19) in A.694(17). Pričujoči dokument prav tako določa tehnične lastnosti, preskusne metode in potrebne rezultate preskusov za namenske stražne sprejemnike za uporabo z radijskimi inštalacijami v GMDSS, kot zahteva Poglavje IV SOLAS.
