Ta dokument določa stopnjo 3 specifikacij dopolnilne storitve dinamičnega dodeljevanja skupinskih številk (SS-DGNA) pri prizemnem snopovnem radiu (TETRA).
Dopolnilna storitev dinamičnega dodeljevanja skupinskih številk omogoča uporabniku, da dinamično določa identitete skupine in s skupino povezane parametre sistemu prizemnega snopovnega radia in uporabnikom v sistemu. Te opredelitve se uporabljajo za omogočanje pozivov za skupinske klice dinamično opredeljenim skupinam. Specifikacija dopolnilne storitve dinamičnega dodeljevanja skupinskih številk določa ustvarjanje, spreminjanje, izbris in preiskovanje definicij skupin v komutacijski in upravni infrastrukturi (SwMI) v mobilni postaji (MS).
Ta dokument ne vključuje specifikacij za dostopovno prioriteto, ki se uporablja za naključni dostop pri navzgornji povezavi, in prednostni klic, ki ga uporablja komutacijska in upravna infrastruktura za dodelitev virov v skupinskem klicu. Dostopovna prioriteta in prednostni klic sta lahko določena in se uporabljata za skupine, ki uporabljajo dopolnilne storitve dostopovne prioritete (SS-AP), prednostni klic (SS-PC) in klic v sili (SS-PPC). Stopnja 1 opisuje funkcijske zmožnosti z vidika uporabnika. Stopnja 2 opredeljuje funkcijsko obnašanje glede na funkcijske osebke in informacijske tokove. Stopnja 3 zagotavlja natančen opis dopolnilne storitve z vidika izvajanja. Opredeljuje protokole za storitev in pravila kodiranja za informacijske tokove. Opredeljuje procese za funkcijske osebke in njihovo obnašanje. Opisani protokoli in njihovo obnašanje se uporabljajo za komutacijsko in upravno infrastrukturo in mobilno postajo ter se lahko prek medsistemskega vmesnika (ISI) uporabljajo med sistemi prizemnega snopovnega radia.
