Ta dokument skupaj s standardom ETSI EN 301 489-1 [1] obravnava oceno radarjev v avtomobilih, talnih vozilih in nadzornih radarjev, ki delujejo v frekvenčnih območjih od 24,05 GHz do 24,25 GHz, od 24,05 GHz do 24,5 GHz, od 76 GHz do 77 GHz in od 77 GHz do 81 GHz, v zvezi z elektromagnetno združljivostjo (EMC).

• fiksni infrastrukturni radarji za spremljanje prometa;
• radarji za zaznavanje ovir na železniških/cestnih prehodih;
• radarji za zaznavanje ovir na helikopterjih.
Primeri radarjev v avtomobilih in nadzornih radarjev so podani v ustreznih usklajenih standardih.

1 Scope
The present document, together with ETSI EN 301 489-1 [1], covers the assessment of automotive, ground based
vehicles and surveillance radar devices using 24,05 GHz to 24,25 GHz, 24,05 GHz to 24,5 GHz, 76 GHz to 77 GHz and
77 GHz to 81 GHz in respect of ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC).
Technical specifications related to the antenna port and emissions from the enclosure port of radar equipment are not
included in the present document. Such technical specifications are found in the relevant product standards for the
effective use of the radio spectrum.
The present document specifies the applicable test conditions, performance assessment and performance criteria for
automotive and surveillance radar devices and associated ancillary equipment.
Automotive and surveillance radar equipments are low power millimetre wave devices that are able to detect and
characterize targets in their environment.

1 Scope
The present document, together with ETSI EN 301 489-1 [1], covers the assessment of automotive, ground based
vehicles and surveillance radar devices using 24,05 GHz to 24,25 GHz, 24,05 GHz to 24,5 GHz, 76 GHz to 77 GHz and
77 GHz to 81 GHz in respect of ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC).
Technical specifications related to the antenna port and emissions from the enclosure port of radar equipment are not
included in the present document. Such technical specifications are found in the relevant product standards for the
effective use of the radio spectrum.
The present document specifies the applicable test conditions, performance assessment and performance criteria for
automotive and surveillance radar devices and associated ancillary equipment.
Automotive and surveillance radar equipments are low power millimetre wave devices that are able to detect and
characterize targets in their environment.
