Ta dokument zajema minimalne karakteristike, ki so potrebne za preprečevanje škodljivih motenj in sprejemljivo uporabo frekvenc, ki so na voljo. Ta dokument se uporablja za opremo z vgrajenimi antenami za uporabo v modulacijskih sistemih v storitvi kopenskih mobilnih komunikacij, ki deluje na radijskih frekvencah med 30 MHz in 1000 MHz, ima medkanalske razmike 12,5 kHz, 20 kHz in 25 kHz ter je namenjena predvsem za analogni prenos govora.
