Ta dokument opisuje funkcijsko arhitekturo podsistema za krmiljenje vira in pristopa (RACS) za 3. izdajo TISPAN NGN v skladu z zahtevami za storitve, opisanimi v TS 181 005 [1], v skladu z zahtevami QoS, opisanimi v TS 181 018 [13], in vlogo v arhitekturi TISPAN NGN, kot jo opredeljuje ES 282 001 [2].
