Aerospace series - Titanium and titanium alloy remelting stock and castings - Technical specification - Part 1: General requirements

This standard specifies the general requirements for the manufacture, inspectionand testing of remelting stock intended to be used for the production of castings and of castings in titanium and titanium alloys unless otherwise statedon the drawing, order or inspection schedule. Particular requirements are defined in EN 2545-2 and EN 2545-3. This standard shall be applied in conjonction with EN material standards unless otherwise specified on the drawing, order or inspection schedule.

Diese Norm legt die allgemeinen Anforderungen an die Herstellung und Prüfung von Vormaterial zur Fertigung von Gußstücken sowie Gußstücken aus Titan und Titanlegierungen fest, falls in der Zeichnung, Bestellung oder Prüfanwaeisung nichts anderes angegeben ist. Die besonderen Anforderungen sind in EN 2545-2 und EN 2545-3 festgelegt. Diese Norm ist in Verbindung mit EN-Werkstoffnormen a anzuwenden, wenn in der Zeichnung, Bestellung oder Prüfanweisung nichts anderes angegeben ist.

La présente norme spécifie les exigences générales de fabrication, de contrôle et d'essais applicables aux produits pour refusion destinés a la réalisation despieces moulées et aux pieces moulées en titane et alliages de titane, sauf indication contraire du dessin, de la commande ou de la fiche d'essais. Les exigences particulieres sont définies dans EN 2545-2 et EN 2545-3. La présente norme doit etre utilisée en conjonction avec les normes EN de matériau, sauf indication contraire du dessin, de la commande ou de la fiche d'essais.
