Aerospace series - Steel - Forging stock and forgings - Technical specification - Part 1: General requirements

This standard defines the general requirements for the manufacture, inspection and testing of forging stock, hand forgings, including forged blocks and rings, die forgings and rolled rings in steel. The specific requirements are defined in EN 2157-2 and 2157-3. The three standards E? 2157-1, EN 2157-2 and EN 2157-3 define the inspection level and the sampling frequencies to be applied unless otherwise specified on the drawing, order or inspection schedule.

Diese Norm legt die allgemeinen Anforderungen an die Fertigung und Prüfung für Schmiedevormaterial, Freiformschmiedestücke einschliesslich geschmiedeter Blöcke und Ringe, Gesenkschmiedestücke und gewalzte Ringe aus Stahl fest. Die Sonderanforderungen sind in EN 2157-2 und EN 2157-3 festgelegt. Die drei Normen EN 2157-1, EN 2157-2 und EN 2157-3 legen das Prüfverfahren und den anzuwendenden Prüfumfang fest, falls nicht anders in der Zeichnung, der Bestellung oder der Prüfanweisung angegeben ist.

La présente norme définit les exigences générales de fabrication, de contrôle et d'essais applicables aux produits destinés a la forge, aux pieces forgées, y compris les blocs et les couronnes, aux pieces matricées et aux couronnes laminées, en acier. Les exigences particulieres sont définies dans EN 2157-2 et EN 2157-3. L'ensemble des trois normes EN 2157-1, EN 2157-2 et EN 2157-3 définit le niveau de contrôle et la fréquence d'échantillonnage a appliquer sauf indication contraire du dessin, de la commande ou de la fiche d'essais.
