Aerospace series - Elements of electrical and optical connection - Test methods - Part 407: Durability of contact retention system and seals

This standard specifies a method of assessing the durability of contact retention system and seals of elements of connection subjected to repeated contact insertion/extraction. It shall be used together with EN 2591.

Diese Norm legt ein Verfahren zum Nachweis der Beständigkeit der Kontakthalterungen und -dichtung von Verbindungselementen fest, deren Kontakte wiederholten Steck- und Ziehvorgängen ausgesetzt werden. Sie ist in Verbindung mit EN 2591 anzuwenden.

La présente norme spécifie une méthode pour évaluer l'endurance du systeme de rétention et d'étanchéité des contacts des organes de connexion soumis a l'extraction et a l'insertion répétées des contacts. Elle doit etre utilisée conjointement avec EN 2591.
