Aerospace series - Aluminium pigmented coatings for fasteners - Technical specification

This European Standard defines the qualification test conditions for aluminium pigmented coatings applicable to fasteners in titanium, titanium alloys, nickel base alloys and corrosion resisting steels. The aluminium pigmented coatings are not applicable to fasteners in non-corrosion resistant steels.
Temperature class: 315 °C  
Type I   : Coating with chromate and a cetyl alcohol lubricant.
Type II   : Coating without chromate and an cetyl alcohol lubricant.
Type III   : Coating with chromate, no additional lubricant.
Type IV   : Coating without chromate, no additional lubricant.

Diese Norm legt die Bedingungen für die Qualifizierungsprüfung von aluminiumpigmentierten Beschichtungen
fest, die auf Verbindungselemente aus Titan, Titanlegierungen, Nickelbasislegierungen und korrosionsbeständigen
Stählen aufgetragen werden können. Die aluminiumpigmentierten Beschichtungen sind bei
Verbindungselementen aus nicht korrosionsbeständigen Stählen nicht anwendbar.
Temperaturklasse: 315 °C1)
Typ I: Beschichtung mit Chrom (VI) und einem Cetylalkohol-Schmiermittel
Typ II: Beschichtung ohne Chrom (VI) und mit einem Cetylalkohol-Schmiermittel
Typ III: Beschichtung mit Chrom (VI), kein zusätzliches Schmiermittel
Typ IV: Beschichtung ohne Chrom (VI), kein zusätzliches Schmiermittel

Ta evropski standard določa pogoje kvalifikacijskega preskusa za premaze, pigmentirane z aluminijem, ki se nanašajo na vezne elemente iz titana, titanovih zlitin, zlitin na osnovi niklja in jekel, odpornih proti koroziji. Premazi, pigmentirani z aluminijem, se ne uporabljajo za vezne elemente iz jekel, ki niso odporna proti koroziji. Temperaturni razred: 315 °C. Tip I: Premaz s kromatom in cetil-alkoholnim mazivom. Tip II: Premaz brez kromata in cetil-alkoholnega maziva. Tip III: Premaz s kromatom, brez dodatnega maziva. Tip IV: Premaz brez kromata, brez dodatnega maziva.
