This standard specifies the characteristics of protective covers for plugs in the family of circular electrical connectors coupled by bayonet ring.
It applies to class defined in Table 2.
For plugs associated with these protective covers, see EN 3372 008.

Diese Norm legt die Eigenschaften von Schutzkappen für freie Steckverbinder in der Familie von elektrischen Rundsteckverbindern fest, die mit einem Bajonettring gekuppelt werden.
Diese Norm gilt für die in Tabelle 2 festgelegten Klassen.
