Couplers, spigot pins and baseplates for use in falsework and scaffolds - Part 1: Couplers for tubes - Requirements and test procedures

This European Standard specifies, for right angle couplers, swivel couplers, sleeve couplers and parallel couplers working by friction:
   materials;
   design requirements;
   strength classes with different structural parameters including values for resistance and stiffness;
   test procedures;
   assessment
and gives
   recommendations for ongoing production control.
For testing, screw couplers are tightened to a torque of 50 Nm and wedge couplers are tightened with a 500 g hammer until the jarring blow.

Dieses Dokument regelt für Normalkupplungen, Drehkupplungen, Stoßkupplungen und Parallelkupplungen
jeweils mit Reibverschluss:
. Werkstoffe;
. konstruktive Anforderungen;
. Festigkeitsklassen mit verschiedenen konstruktiven Parametern, einschließlich der Werte für Wider-
stände und Steifigkeiten;
. Versuchsdurchführung;
. Bewertung;
und gibt
. Empfehlungen für die laufende Produktionskontrolle.
Für die Versuche werden Schraubkupplungen mit einem Drehmoment von 50 Nm und Keilkupplungen mit
einem 500-g-Hammer bis zum Prellschlag angezogen.

Cette Norme européenne spécifie les points suivants pour les raccords orthogonaux, les raccords à angle variable, les raccords de prolongation et les raccords parallèles travaillant par frottement :
-   les matériaux ;
-   les exigences de conception ;
-   les classes de résistance, avec différents paramètres de structure, y compris les valeurs spécifiées pour la résistance et la rigidité qu’un raccord doit avoir ;
-   les modes opératoires d’essai ;
-   l’évaluation ;
et donne
-   les recommandations relatives au contrôle de la production en cours.
Pour les essais, les raccords boulonnés sont serrés avec un couple de 50 Nm et les raccords par clavette à l’aide d’un marteau de 500 g jusqu’au refus.
