This International Standard specifies requirements for the aut omatic sampling, by mechanical means, of cereals (as grain) or of milled cereal products moving in bulk, for assessment of t heir quality.

Diese Internationale Norm legt Anforderungen an die automatische Probenahme durch mechanische Mittel von freifließendem Getreide (in Körnerform) oder Getreidemahlerzeugnissen in loser Schüttung zur Bewertung der Qualität fest.
Diese Norm gilt weder für Erzeugnisse in Säcken oder in Verpackungen, noch für statische Schüttgüter in Waggons, Schiffen, Schüttguttankfahrzeugen, Silos oder Speichern ). Sie gilt nicht für Saatgetreide.

Foreword



The text of ISO 6644:2002 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 34 "Agricultural
food products” of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken
over as EN ISO 6644:2007 by Technical Committee CEN/TC 338 "Cereal and cereal products",
the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of
an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by August 2007, and conflicting national
standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by August 2007.

According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of
the following countries are bound to implement this European Standard: : Austria, Belgium,
Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece,
