This European Standard specifies the characteristics of lightweight fire proof, screened, electrical cables for use in the on-board electrical systems of aircraft at operating temperature between – 65 °C and 260 °C.
These cables are UV Laser printable in accordance with EN 3838.

Ta evropski standard določa lastnosti lahkih ognjevzdržnih dvožilnih ognjevzdržnih zaslonjenih električnih kablov za uporabo v električnih sistemih na letalih pri delovnih temperaturah med – 65 °C and 260 °C. Na te kable je mogoče tiskati z UV-laserjem v skladu s standardom EN 3838.
