Aerospace series - Paints and varnishes - Test method for determination of chromate leaching

This European Standard defines a test procedure for the determination of the leaching rate of hexavalent chromium from the dry paint film of a chromate containing primer for aerospace use.
The rate can be related to requirements either to prescribe the type of primer for an intended use or for the purpose of batch quality consistency.
The procedure is applicable to products intended for use in aerospace applications.

Diese Europäische Norm legt eine Verfahrensweise zum Bestimmen der Auslaugrate von sechswertigem Chrom aus der trockenen Beschichtung mit einem chromathaltigen Primer (Haftgrundmittel) für Anwendungen in der Luft- und Raumfahrt fest. Die Rate kann in Beziehung zu den Anforderungen entweder zur Beschreibung des Primertyps für eine vorgesehene Anwendung oder für den Zweck der Qualitätskonstanz des Loses stehen. Die Verfahrensweise ist für Produkte anwendbar, die für die Anwendungen in der Luft- und Raumfahrt vorgesehen sind.

Ta evropski standard določa preskusni postopek za ugotavljanje stopnje izluževanja šestvalentnega kroma iz plasti suhe barve in sredstva za pripravo površine, ki vsebuje kromat, za uporabo v aeronavtiki. Stopnja je lahko povezana z zahtevami za predpisovanje vrste sredstva za pripravo površine za predvideno uporabo ali za zagotavljanje stalne kakovosti serije. Postopek se uporablja za izdelke, namenjene uporabi v aeronavtiki.
