ETSIETSIEN300199V1.2.1(2001-06)10WhensubscriptionappliesonaperISDNnumberbasisandmorethanoneISDNnumberisallocatedtotheaccess,then:-theservedusershallalsosupplytheISDNnumberforwhichtheactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryserviceshallapply,or;-asaserviceprovideroption,theservedusercan,ifsubscribedto,indicatethattheactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryserviceshallapplyforallISDNnumbersforwhichtheCFBsupplementaryserviceissubscribedto.Inthiscase,thisactivationshallreplaceanypreviousactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryservicewhichmaybeinforceonindividualISDNnumbersontheaccess,forthebasicservicesindicatedatactivation.Whensubscriptionappliesforthewholeaccess,oronlyoneISDNnumberisallocatedtotheaccess,theserveduserneednotprovideanISDNnumbertoidentifytheserveduser.IftheserveduserincludesanISDNnumberallocatedtothataccess,orindicatesthattheactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryserviceshallapplytoallISDNnumbers(ifthisfunctionalityisofferedbytheserviceproviderandsubscribedtobytheserveduser)thentheISDNnumber,ortheindicationofallISDNnumbers,shallbeignored.ActivationoftheCFBsupplementaryserviceshallproceedasnormal.TheservedusercanseparatelyactivatetheCFBsupplementaryserviceforeachbasicservicetowhichtheCFBsupplementaryserviceappliesandtherebyrequestadifferentISDNnumberand/orsubaddresstoidentifytheforwarded-touserforeachbasicservicetowhichtheCFBsupplementaryserviceapplies.WhentheCFBsupplementaryserviceisactivatedforallbasicservices,thisactivationshallreplaceanypreviousactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryservicewhichmaybeinforceonindividualbasicservices.VerificationoftheISDNnumberoftheforwarded-tousercanbecarriedoutbeforeacceptingtherequesttoactivatetheCFBsupplementaryservice.Thisverificationcanbelimited,e.g.asimplecheckoftheISDNnumberoftheforwarded-tousertoseeiftheISDNnumberiswithintheallowednumberrange.Whentheserveduser'srequesttoactivatetheCFBsupplementaryserviceisaccepted,theserviceprovidershallinformtheserveduser.Theinformationshallincludetheaddressoftheforwarded-tousertowhomtheserveduserhasactivatedtheCFBsupplementaryservice.Allaffectedusersshallbeinformed.5.2.2.2DeactivationTheCFBsupplementaryservicecanbedeactivatedinanyofthefollowingways:-theservedusercanrequestthedeactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryserviceforindividualbasicservices.TheserviceprovidershallinformtheserveduserthatthepreviousactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryservicehasbeendeactivated.Allaffectedusersshallbeinformed;-theservedusercanrequestthedeactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryserviceforallbasicservices.TheserviceprovidershallinformtheserveduserthatthepreviousactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryservicehasbeendeactivated.Allaffectedusersshallbeinformed;-theservedusercanrequesttheactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryserviceindicatingabasicserviceforwhichtheCFBsupplementaryservicehasalreadybeenactivated.Thisshallreplacethepreviousinformationregisteredforthatbasicservice.Inthiscase,usersshallnotbespecificallyinformedofthedeactivation.Theproceduresofclause5.2.2.1forinformingtheserveduserapply;-theservedusercanrequesttheactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryserviceforallbasicservices.ThisshallreplacetheinformationregisteredforallofthebasicservicesforwhichtheCFBsupplementaryservicehasalreadybeenactivated.Inthiscase,usersshallnotbespecificallyinformedofthedeactivation.Theproceduresofclause5.2.2.1forinformingtheserveduserapply.SIST EN 300 199 V1.2.1:2004



ETSIETSIEN300199V1.2.1(2001-06)11WhensubscriptionappliesonaperISDNnumberbasisandmorethanoneISDNnumberisallocatedtotheaccess,then:-theservedusershallalsosupplytheISDNnumberforwhichthedeactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryserviceshallapply,or;-asaserviceprovideroption,theservedusercan,ifsubscribedto,indicatethatthedeactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryserviceshallapplyforallISDNnumbersforwhichtheCFBsupplementaryserviceissubscribedto.Whensubscriptionappliesforthewholeaccess,oronlyoneISDNnumberisallocatedtotheaccess,theserveduserneednotprovideanISDNnumbertoidentifytheserveduser.IftheserveduserincludesanISDNnumberallocatedtothataccess,orindicatesthatthedeactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryserviceshallapplytoallISDNnumbers(ifthisfunctionalityisofferedbytheserviceproviderandsubscribedtobytheserveduser)thentheISDNnumber,ortheindicationofallISDNnumbers,shallbeignored.DeactivationoftheCFBsupplementaryserviceshallproceedasnormal.5.2.3InvocationandoperationWhentheCFBsupplementaryservicehasbeenactivatedandtheserveduserisnetworkdetermineduserbusyoruserdetermineduserbusy,thenanincomingcalltotheserveduser,indicatingabasicserviceforwhichtheCFBsupplementaryservicehasbeenactivated,shallbeforwarded.Themaximumnumberofdiversionsforeachcallshallbelimited.Themaximumnumberofdiversionsisaserviceprovideroptionwithanupperlimitoffivediversionsforeachcall.Whencountingthenumberofdiversions,alltypesofdiversionsshallbeincluded.5.2.3.1ServeduserisuserdetermineduserbusyThecallshallbeofferedtotheserveduserbymeansofbasiccallprocedures.Iftheserveduserrespondstotheofferedcallbyindicatingthattheuserisbusy(userdetermineduserbusy),thenthenetworkshallattempttoforwardthecall.Accordingtothevalueofasubscriptionoption,theservedusershallbeinformedthattheCFBsupplementaryservicehasbeeninvokedonthecall.NOTE:Thecallofferinginformationassociatedwiththesubscriptionoptiontoinformtheserveduserthatacallisbeingforwardedwillhavealreadybeengivenbythenetworkaspartofofferingthecall.Thisinformationincludesthefollowinginformationaboutthecallthathasbeenforwarded:-thetelecommunicationsserviceinformation;-user-to-userinformation(ifany);-theaddressoftheserveduser;-theaddressofuserA(providedthattheserveduserhassubscribedtothecallinglineidentificationpresentationsupplementaryservice,andthecallinglineidentificationrestrictionsupplementaryserviceisnotapplied).Ifmultiplediversionshaveoccurred,theinformationalsoincludes:-theISDNnumberoftheoriginallycalleduser;-theISDNnumberofthelastdivertinguser;-reasonforlastdiversion(e.g.invocationoftheCFBsupplementaryservice).5.2.3.2ServeduserisnetworkdetermineduserbusyInthecaseofnetworkdetermineduserbusy,thecallisforwardedwithoutbeingofferedtotheserveduser.Accordingtothevalueofasubscriptionoption,theservedusershallbeinformedthattheCFBsupplementaryservicehasbeeninvokedonthecall.Thisinformationshallbegivenwhenthenetworkoriginatesthecalltotheforwarded-touser.SIST EN 300 199 V1.2.1:2004
