10.3 Dielectric strength
Replace the existing first paragraph by the following:
The insulation is subjected to a voltage of substantially sine wave form, having a frequency of
50 Hz or 60 Hz, or a DC voltage. The test voltage shall be raised uniformly from 0 V to the
value prescribed in Table 9 or Table 10 within not more than 5 s and held at that value for
60 s without flashover. A current of not more than 3 mA is permitted.
